20230049971 · 2023-02-16 · ·

To provide a simple-structured tensioner lever capable of consistently exerting a correct reaction force to various fluctuations of tension accompanying varying chain behaviors, whereby vibration and noise when the chain runs can be reduced. The tensioner lever of the present invention includes a lever body having a shoe surface that slidably guides a chain; a first pressing spring configured to have a first pressing arm extending from one end of a first helical part, with a distal end portion contacting the lever body to form a first loading point, and a first support arm extending from the other end of the first helical part, with a distal end portion contacting and being supported by a first support part provided to an attachment surface to form a first support point; and a second pressing spring supported on the lever body at a different position from that of the first pressing spring.

PRELOADED TENSIONER DEVICE AND BELT ASSEMBLY

Described herein is a tensioner device, and assemblies and methods of manufacture thereof. The tensioner device may be adapted to create a target tension in an associated belt based on the measured length of the belt. The tensioner device may include an engagement member having a surface adapted to engage the belt and a biasing element associated with the engagement member. The biasing element has a loaded configuration that causes the engagement member to exert a force on the belt to create the target tension. In one example, the biasing element is manipulated into a loaded configuration so that the biasing element exhibits a deflection and an effective spring rate for creating the target tension. The belt may be trapped within the tensioner device with a bracket assembly enclosing one or more runs of belt relative to the engagement member.

Skid steer manure spreader attachment

The skid steer manure spreader attachment includes a main bucket compartment, a cover, and a beater shaft. The bucket, cover, and beater shaft are preferably formed of welded steel. The bucket has an industry standard quick attach plate on the back so it can be quickly attached to any standard skid steer, and is a standard width. A hydraulic motor operates the beater shaft and the cover. The beater shaft has blades angled in two directions. The beater shaft spins forward so the beater blades through manure out of the top of the bucket, above the shaft. The hydraulic motor drives the top sprocket, and a chain drives the bottom sprocket. A tensioner pivots on one screw to allow the user to tension the chain as needed.

Rotary Tensioner

A tensioner comprising a base having a base aperture, the base aperture disposed to receive a driven component, a rotary arm pivotally engaged with the base, an axis of rotation of the rotary arm aligned with a base aperture center, a first pulley journalled to the rotary arm, a swing arm pivotally engaged with the rotary arm about a shaft, the shaft and swing arm each having cooperating frustoconical portions, a torsion spring biasing the pivot arm, a second pulley journalled to the swing arm, a bushing having a frustoconical portion in frictional engagement with the swing arm frustoconical portion, the bushing in fixed relation to the shaft or pivot arm, and a first damping ring frictionally engaged between the rotary arm and the base, a Belleville spring in pressing engagement whereby a normal force is applied to the first damping ring.

Tensioner

To provide a tensioner capable of preventing slipping between a rack portion and ratchet pawls and securing a large backlash with a simple structure. The tensioner includes a ratchet rotatably mounted on a housing and having a front pawl and a rear pawl spaced apart in a front and rear direction on a side face positioned opposite the rack portion. The ratchet includes an additional pawl formed between the front pawl and the rear pawl in the front and rear direction on the side face positioned opposite the rack portion.

MECHANICAL CHAIN TENSIONER

A chain tensioner transmits power of a crankshaft provided in an engine to peripheral auxiliary devices and guides a chain belt that transfers engine oil. The chain tensioner includes a body portion that tensions the chain belt through a pivot, the upper surface of the body portion includes an oil guiding rib that collects the engine oil scattered from the chain belt to the upper part, one surface of the body portion in contact with the upper surface includes a pivot journal, and one surface of the body portion includes a first oil flow path that guides the engine oil to flow down to the pivot journal.

Tensioning systems and methods

In an embodiment, a tensioning apparatus includes a housing and a fastener extending at least partially through the housing. The apparatus also includes a trolley adjustably positioned within the housing about the fastener. The apparatus also includes a pulley disposed outside the housing and coupled to the trolley, where the pulley moves in unison with the trolley along an opening in the housing.

Right angle mechanical actuator for tensioner
11512762 · 2022-11-29 · ·

An actuator for transmitting an input force in a first direction from an input mechanism to a force in a second direction at an output mechanism. The actuator may be incorporated into a tensioner for tensioning a belt. The device includes a plurality of aligned spherical elements in a curved raceway. The input mechanism transmits force to a first of the series of spherical elements. The spherical elements are substantially incompressible so that the series of spherical elements transmits the force along the curved raceway from the input mechanism to the output mechanism.

Belt-tensioning device

A belt-tensioning device includes an electric machine having a drive belt pulley, which is driven about a drive axis, and a further drive belt pulley, where an endless belt wraps around the drive belt pulleys. The device has a housing in which a first and a second spring arm are mounted, in each of which spring arms a tension roller having axes of rotation which are parallel to the drive axis is rotatably mounted. The spring arms are supported against one another and press the endless belt together via the tension rollers in the region of the drive belt pulley. A first and a second further spring arm are provided adjacent to the spring arms which are adjustable by an adjustment element such that the spring forces of the further spring arms either do or do not support the spring forces of the spring arms acting on the endless belt.

Motorized wheelbarrow

A motorized wheelbarrow including a motor and a drive pulley that rotates when the motor is operating. The motorized wheelbarrow also includes wheels and a drive train assembly for transmitting power from the motor to the wheels. The motorized wheelbarrow also includes a clutch assembly movable between a connected condition, in which the motor and the drive train assembly are connected by the clutch assembly, and a disconnected condition, in which the motor and the drive train assembly are not connected with each other, and a brake assembly movable between an engaged condition, in which the brake assembly resists rotation of the wheels, and a disengaged condition, in which the brake assembly does not resist rotation of the wheels. Both of the clutch assembly and the brake assembly are controlled by a single control assembly so that the clutch assembly and the brake assembly are mutually functionally exclusive.
