Gear device
A gear device includes a housing, a cover, and a positioning portion. The cover includes a first bearing that receives a first shaft and a second bearing that receives a second shaft. The positioning portion includes a projection that projects from one of the housing or the cover parallel to the first shaft or the second shaft and a fitting hole that is formed in the other one of the housing or the cover to receive the projection. The projection has a length that is set so that when coupling the cover to the housing, in a state in which the first shaft is inserted through the first bearing, the projection enters the fitting hole before the distal end of the second shaft enters the second bearing.

Stage Light Using Gear To Drive Light Head To Rotate
The present invention discloses a stage light using gears to drive a light head to rotate, which includes a light head and a driving mechanism which drives the light head to rotate. A transmission gear set for meshing transmission is provided between a drive shaft of the driving mechanism and a pivot shaft of the light head. Transmission gear set includes a first gear and a second gear. The first gear includes a first wheel and a second wheel. Gear teeth of the first wheel and gear teeth of the second wheel are misaligned with each other and meshed with the same second gear. Through transmission by the transmission gear set, there is no problem of inaccurate scanning positioning or fracture caused by deformation of a synchronous belt. Moreover, the first gear includes the first wheel and the second wheel, the first wheel or the second wheel is rotated as needed, so that the gear teeth of the first wheel and the gear teeth of the second wheel are staggered with each other, until meshing accuracy of the first gear and the second gear reaches an optimal state, and then is locked, so as to realize a precision transmission of the transmission gear set, so that when the driving mechanism drives the light head to rotate, control of a rotation angle of the light head is more accurate.
Precision Gear Transmission Component And Stage Light With The Same
Disclosed are a precision gear transmission component and a stage light with same. The precision gear transmission component includes a first gear and a second gear which mesh with each other. First gear includes a first wheel and a second wheel. First wheel's gear teeth and second wheel's gear teeth are misaligned with each other, and meshed with second gear. Since first gear and second gear of the precision gear transmission component mesh with each other, and first gear includes first wheel and second wheel, first wheel or second wheel is rotated as needed, so that gear teeth of the first wheel and gear teeth of second wheel are staggered with each other, until meshing accuracy of first gear and second gear reaches an optimal state, and then is locked, so as to realize a precision transmission of precision gear transmission component.
Gear wheel, in particular idler gear, for a gear train
A gear wheel, in particular an idler gear, for reducing backlash in a gear train, includes a first wheel part and a second wheel part. The first wheel part has multiple teeth that are distributed over a periphery of the first wheel part. The first wheel part may rotate about a first axis (A). The second wheel part has multiple teeth that are distributed over a periphery of the second wheel part. The second wheel part may rotate about a second axis (B) that is arranged parallel to and offset with respect to the first axis.
Gear component
A gear component has an annular form, is made of a metal, and includes tooth portions and a support portion which supports the tooth portions. The tooth portions are provided on an outside of the support portion along an entire circumference thereof, and groove portions are provided along a width direction of the gear component evenly on an annular inner surface of the support portion. At least one groove portion is provided per one tooth portion or two or more adjacent tooth portions, and each groove portion is located to correspond to a position where one tooth portion is present on the support portion.
Actuator
An actuator includes an electric motor, an output shaft and a speed reducer. The speed reducer is configured to transmit rotation, which is outputted from the motor, to the output shaft after reducing a speed of the rotation outputted from the motor. The speed reducer includes an output gear joined to the output shaft and a compound gear. The compound gear includes a large diameter gear, which has a plurality of large gear teeth, and a small diameter gear, which has a plurality of small gear teeth. One of the large diameter gear and the small diameter gear is a metal gear, which is made of a metal member, while another one of the large diameter gear and the small diameter gear is a resin gear, which is made of a resin member, and the resin gear is integrally molded together with the metal gear in one piece.
Gears and gear combinations
This anti-backlash gear includes a gear wheel and gear teeth. Each gear tooth comprises first and second flanks, a top face and a bottom face, wherein for each gear tooth each flank extends from the top face to the bottom face, wherein the gear teeth comprise a polymeric material which comprises a repeat unit of form I wherein t1, and w1 independently represent 0 or 1 and v1 represents 0, 1 or 2. For each gear tooth, at least one of said flanks comprises two or more surfaces arranged to form a single protrusion extending along the at least one said flank such that a tooth thickness of each gear tooth varies between the top face and the bottom face of said gear tooth in a direction parallel to an axis of rotation of the gearwheel in operation. In use, the single protrusion is elastically deformable so as to absorb backlash.
GEAR COMPONENT
There is provided a gear component which is used for the production of a gear which is lightweight while having an appropriate strength. The gear component has an annular form and is made of a metal, comprising tooth portions and a support portion which supports the tooth portions, wherein a plurality of the tooth portions are provided on an outside of the support portion along its entire circumference, a plurality of groove portions are provided along a width direction of the gear evenly on an annular inner surface of the support portion, the groove portions are present such a ratio that at least one groove portion is provided per one tooth portion or adjacent two or more tooth portions, and each groove portion is formed such that it is located to correspond to a position where the tooth portion is present on the supporting portion.
