The output shaft unit includes a main output shaft and an auxiliary output shaft coupled to one another via a reduction gear unit.
Electric drive axle system with removable planetary gear assembly
Methods and systems for an electric drive axle of a vehicle are provided. An electric drive axle system includes, in one example, a gear train configured to rotationally attach to an electric motor-generator. The gear train includes an output shaft rotationally coupled to a first planetary gear assembly axially offset from an input shaft rotationally coupled to the electric motor-generator, the first planetary gear assembly configured to removably couple to a differential arranged co-axial with an axle.
Configuration of gearshift variants
A method is provided for configuring different numbers of gearshift variants in a stepped powershift transmission for an agricultural working machine. The method includes providing a transmission unit, a front-mounted range unit, a gear reduction unit, a rear-mounted range unit, a housing, a drive shaft, a lay shaft, an output shaft, and a hydraulic control arrangement. The same transmission unit is used for all the numbers of gearshift variants while an identical spatial orientation of the shafts is maintained for all the numbers of gearshift variants. The method further includes adapting exclusively the gearshift variants by varying the front-mounted range unit or the rear-mounted range unit.
DRIVE ASSEMBLY
A distributed drive assembly for a necker machine having a frame assembly and a plurality of modules, each module having a number of drive shafts, the number of drive shafts of each module interconnected via a gear train with the number of drive shafts of the other modules of the plurality of processing modules. The distributed drive assembly includes: a plurality of drive sub-modules, each drive sub-module having: an input shaft; a first output shaft operatively coupled to the input shaft; and a second output shaft operatively coupled to the input shaft. For a first drive sub-module: the input shaft is structured to be operatively coupled to, and driven by, a main drive assembly motor, and the first output shaft is structured to be operatively coupled to, and drive, an associated first drive shaft of the number of drive shafts of a first module of the plurality of modules. For a second drive sub-module: the input shaft is operatively coupled to, and driven by, the second output shaft of the first drive sub-module, and the first output shaft is structured to be operatively coupled to, and drive, an associated first drive shaft of the number of drive shafts of a second module of the plurality of modules that is separated from the first module by at least one other module.
MODULAR HIGH PRECISION GEAR BOX ARRANGEMENT
