METHOD FOR CHECKING AN ASSEMBLY OF AT LEAST THREE STRAIN GAUGES AND STRAIN WAVE GEARING
An assembly includes at least three strain gauges and is attached to an elastic transmission element of a strain wave gearing. The assembly is designed to measure a torque acting on the elastic transmission element. Output signals from each of the strain gauges are measured. The output signal of one of the strain gauges is predicted from the measured output signals of the other strain gauges. An error message is output based on the predicted output signal deviating from the respective measured output signal by more than a predetermined tolerance.
Gear device and robot
A gear device includes an internal gear, an external gear having flexibility configured to partially mesh with the internal gear and rotate around a rotation axis relatively to the internal gear, and a wave generator configured to come into contact with an inner circumferential surface of the external gear and move a meshing position of the internal gear and the external gear in a circumferential direction around the rotation axis. The external gear includes a cylindrical section including a first end portion with which the wave generator is in contact and a second end portion adjacent to the first end portion along the rotation axis. An inner circumferential surface of the first end portion includes a polished surface. An inner circumferential surface of the second end portion includes a lathe-cut surface.
HARMONIC PIN RING GEARING
A harmonic ring gear system can include at least one inner gear with external toothing, the at least one inner gear defining an axis of rotation; at least one outer gear with internal toothing arranged concentrically to the at least one inner gear about the axis of rotation, the internal toothing spaced apart from the external toothing; a pin ring positioned between the at least one inner gear and the at least one outer gear, the pin ring comprising a multiplicity of pins; and a rotary transmitter configured to lift a portion of the pins of the multiplicity of pins off the external toothing and press the portion of the pins into the internal toothing.
DEVICE FOR DETERMINING THE TORQUE AND/OR ROTATIONAL ANGLE BETWEEN A FIRST SHAFT AND A SECOND SHAFT
A device for determines the torque and/or the rotary angle between a first shaft and a second shaft, which are coupled via a gear mechanism to rotate relative to one another about an axis of rotation. The first shaft has a first end region, a second end region, and a first direction vector pointing in parallel with the axis of rotation from the first end region to the second end region, and the second shaft has a first end region, a second end region, and a second direction vector pointing in parallel with the axis of rotation from the first end region to the second end region. The first shaft is designed as a hollow shaft and the second shaft is arranged coaxially in the first shaft in such a way that the first direction vector and the second direction vector have the same orientation.
HARMONIC REDUCER AND INDUSTRIAL ROBOT
A harmonic reducer includes a shaft having a first through hole extending from a first end to a second end of the shaft; a wave generator arranged on the shaft and being rotatable along with the shaft; a flexible spline arranged around the wave generator; a circular spline arranged around the flexible spline; a first flange coupled to the shaft via a first bearing and coupled to the flexible spline; and a second flange coupled to the shaft via a second bearing and coupled to the circular spline. One of the flanges is arranged near to the first end of the shaft. A cavity is provided between the one of the flanges and the first end of the shaft, such that it is in fluid communication with an external environment via the first through hole.
Unit-type strain wave gearing device
A unit-type strain wave gearing device provided with a cross roller bearing that supports an internally toothed gear and an externally toothed gear in a state in which both gears can rotate relative to each other, and a meshing section of both gears is lubricated with grease. A gap by which the meshing section and the cross roller bearing raceway groove communicate is formed between the inner ring of the cross roller bearing and the external gear. Due to the pump effect caused by deflection of the external gear, grease is pushed from the meshing section to the gap. Some grease is returned to the inner space of the externally toothed gear via a grease-flowing hole that penetrates the diaphragm of the external gear. Thus, leakage of grease from an oil seal of the cross roller bearing to the unit side can be controlled.
