SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR
The present disclosure provides a synchronous motor, which comprises, an orientation sheet, an orientation gear set, a casing, a rotor, a transmission gear set, an input gear and an output gear set; wherein the orientation sheet is connected with the orientation gear set, and the orientation sheet is provided with a positioning rod, an orientation member and a groove for storing lubricating oil; the bottom surface of the casing is provided with a positioning groove, and the positioning rod is slidably connected with the positioning groove; the rotor is provided inside the casing, the rotor protrudes from the bottom of the casing and is provided with an orientation boss, and the orientation boss bears against the orientation member. The synchronous motor of the present disclosure is compact in structure and has the characteristic of low noise and low use cost, thereby greatly improving the practicability.

The synchronous motor of the present disclosure is compact in structure and has the characteristic of low noise and low use cost, thereby greatly improving the practicability.
VENETIAN BLIND ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
A venetian blind adjustment device includes a hollow bottom shell, a worm and worm wheel mechanism arranged in the bottom shell, an operation member, and a cover. The bottom shell includes two opposite sidewalls, and defines an opening in a top and between tops of the sidewalls. The worm and worm wheel mechanism includes a worm and a worm wheel. An end of the operation member extends into the bottom shell and is connected to the worm. The cover is mounted to the bottom shell to close the opening. Two ends of the worm wheel are rotatably mounted to the sidewalls of the bottom shell, and two limit hooks extend down toward the bottom shell from opposite sides of the cover, to abut against outer surfaces of the sidewalls, respectively.
Reduction gear and geared motor
A reduction gear configured to decelerate and output rotation of a motor includes two-stage planetary gear mechanisms that are provided side by side in an axial direction of the motor and are each configured of helical gears, and a case made of resin and formed into a cylindrical shape, the case incorporating the two-stage planetary gear mechanisms. At least one of an inner engagement ratio of a sun gear and a pinion gear of the planetary gear mechanism in a first stage and an outer engagement ratio of the pinion gear and a ring gear of the planetary gear mechanism in the first stage is 3.0 or more, and both the inner engagement ratio and the outer engagement ratio are larger than an engagement ratio of the planetary gear mechanism in a second stage.
Reduction gear and geared motor
A reduction gear configured to decelerate and output rotation of a motor includes two-stage planetary gear mechanisms that are provided side by side in an axial direction of the motor and are each configured of helical gears, and a case made of resin and formed into a cylindrical shape, the case incorporating the two-stage planetary gear mechanisms. At least one of an inner engagement ratio of a sun gear and a pinion gear of the planetary gear mechanism in a first stage and an outer engagement ratio of the pinion gear and a ring gear of the planetary gear mechanism in the first stage is 3.0 or more, and both the inner engagement ratio and the outer engagement ratio are larger than an engagement ratio of the planetary gear mechanism in a second stage.
Rotary Table
A rotary table (1) includes a base body (10), a worm wheel (21), an inner ring (22), a plurality of rolling elements, and a worm screw unit (30). The worm screw unit (30) includes a worm screw (31) held to be rotatable around an axis and having a second gear (31A) meshing with the first gear (215), and a worm screw housing (32) surrounding and holding the worm screw (31) and being fixed to contact the holding surface at a planar contacting surface thereof. One of the holding and contacting surfaces has a cylindrical pin (33) arranged to protrude therefrom. The other of the holding and contacting surfaces has a first recess (11) formed to receive the pin (33), the first recess having a width corresponding to the pin (33) and being elongated in the radial direction of the worm wheel (21).
POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE
A power transmission device includes a motor, a gear mechanism connected downstream of the motor and lubricated by oil, and a box. The box has a wall part that covers an outer circumference of the gear mechanism, and a jacket part that covers an outer circumference of the wall part. A cooling chamber, in which cooling liquid is introduced, is formed between the wall part and the jacket part. The cooling chamber includes a portion that overlaps with the gear mechanism when seen from a radial direction, and a portion that overlaps the gear mechanism when seen from an axial direction.
Electric parking brake actuator assembly
An electric parking brake actuator assembly is proposed. The electric parking brake actuator assembly includes: an outer housing including an inner space in which a gear installation space and a motor installation space are formed; an inner housing installed in the inner space of the outer housing, and including a brush card part and a gear installation part integrated together; a motor assembly coupled to the brush card part to be electrically connected thereto, and installed in the motor installation space; a gear assembly installed at the gear installation part and at the gear installation space, and changing and transmitting the rotational speed of the motor assembly; and a cover housing coupled to the outer housing with the inner housing interposed therebetween, and including a shaft insertion portion.
Electric parking brake actuator assembly
An electric parking brake actuator assembly is proposed. The electric parking brake actuator assembly includes: an outer housing including an inner space in which a gear installation space and a motor installation space are formed; an inner housing installed in the inner space of the outer housing, and including a brush card part and a gear installation part integrated together; a motor assembly coupled to the brush card part to be electrically connected thereto, and installed in the motor installation space; a gear assembly installed at the gear installation part and at the gear installation space, and changing and transmitting the rotational speed of the motor assembly; and a cover housing coupled to the outer housing with the inner housing interposed therebetween, and including a shaft insertion portion.
Cooling tower speed reducer
There is provided a perpendicular speed reducer including an input shaft, a reduction mechanism that reduces a speed of rotation of the input shaft, an output shaft that outputs the speed-reduced rotation, and a casing that accommodates the reduction mechanism. The input shaft and the output shaft are perpendicular to each other. The casing includes a bearing hole formed on a first side surface to support the output shaft, a fin provided along a direction toward the bearing hole, and a groove portion provided along an axial direction of the output shaft on a second side surface adjacent to the first side surface.
