The coolant line system (8) fluidically connects the coolant pump (5) to the heat exchanger (7), and the heat exchanger (7) to the single coolant inlet (10) of the coolant reservoir (9). A cooling chamber, in which cooling liquid is introduced, is formed between the wall part and the jacket part. The cooling chamber includes a portion that overlaps with the gear mechanism when seen from a radial direction, and a portion that overlaps the gear mechanism when seen from an axial direction.

An oil cooling structure of an engine is provided that is capable of enhancing cooling performance of oil while preventing an increase in number of components or an increase in required space from being involved as much as possible. In an oil cooling structure of an engine in which a transmission case is attached to one end wall of an engine body, and a transmission mechanism for an accessory drive is provided in the transmission case, the transmission case is formed into a potlid-shaped body having a plurality of rib walls along a front-rear direction, and is attached to an engine front wall with an engine cooling fan, and case inner chamber portions partitioned by the rib walls in the transmission case are configured as a transporting passage of oil circulated by an oil pump.

A shaft seal arrangement (6) is provided to engage the shaft (4), such that at least a first seal chamber (6a) is delimited between adjacent seal lips (6′) and the shaft (4). A first lubrication arrangement is provided for circulating a first lubricant through the first seal chamber (6a). The first lubrication arrangement (7) further comprises a first lubricant heat exchanger (7e) arranged at least partly outside of the shell structure (2) for conducting the first lubricant therethrough and for transferring heat from the first lubricant to an outside environment of the shell structure (2). A propulsion unit for a marine vessel, including a shell structure, a shaft rotatably coupled to a propulsion motor inside the shell structure, and a propeller coupled to the shaft outside the shell structure. A shaft seal arrangement is provided to engage the shaft, such that at least a first seal chamber is delimited between adjacent seal lips and the shaft. A first lubrication arrangement is provided for circulating a first lubricant through the first seal chamber. The first lubrication arrangement further includes a first lubricant heat exchanger arranged at least partly outside of the shell structure for conducting the first lubricant therethrough and for transferring heat from the first lubricant to an outside environment of the shell structure.

An electrified drive train for a motor vehicle has a heat generator, which includes at least one electric drive machine; and a cooling circuit, which is led through the electric drive machine and has a heat exchanger for removing heat from the cooling circuit. With respect to the direction of flow of the fluid used in the cooling circuit, the heat exchanger is arranged in the cooling circuit downstream of the heat generator to be cooled.

The main reservoir includes a first reservoir containing a first amount of lubrication liquid for at least a first component of the drive train and a second reservoir including a second amount of lubrication liquid for at least a second component of the drive train. The lubrication system is configured to supply the oil from the main reservoir to the drive train when the wind turbine has no grid connection for creating an oil sump in at least the second component of the drive train.

TRANSMISSION AND CONTROL METHOD FOR LUBRICATING OIL PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE

A transmission, includes a transmission mechanism configured to shift a rotary power input from a power source; an oil pump configured to discharge an oil to be supplied to the transmission mechanism; a lubricating oil pressure control valve configured to adjust a pressure of the oil discharged from the oil pump and supply the oil to a lubrication target portion of the transmission mechanism; and a cooler configured to cool the oil to be supplied to the lubrication target portion of the transmission mechanism by outside air. The lubricating oil pressure control valve adjusts the pressure of the oil supplied to the lubrication target portion in a manner that the pressure of the oil supplied to the lubrication target portion increases as an outside air temperature decreases.
