SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR
The present disclosure provides a synchronous motor, which comprises, an orientation sheet, an orientation gear set, a casing, a rotor, a transmission gear set, an input gear and an output gear set; wherein the orientation sheet is connected with the orientation gear set, and the orientation sheet is provided with a positioning rod, an orientation member and a groove for storing lubricating oil; the bottom surface of the casing is provided with a positioning groove, and the positioning rod is slidably connected with the positioning groove; the rotor is provided inside the casing, the rotor protrudes from the bottom of the casing and is provided with an orientation boss, and the orientation boss bears against the orientation member. The synchronous motor of the present disclosure is compact in structure and has the characteristic of low noise and low use cost, thereby greatly improving the practicability.

An oil collector for a mechanical reduction gear of a turbomachine, in particular for an aircraft, the reduction gear including a body having two opposite lateral faces configured to extend in part around planet gears of the reduction gear, the collector further including an internal oil circulation cavity connected firstly to oil inlets located on the faces, and on the other hand to at least one oil outlet, characterised in that at least one of the faces comprises includes columns and rows of several inlets each having a recess with a progressively increasing cross-section, each recess being delimited by walls, at least some of the walls having a hydrodynamic profile.
POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE
A power transmission device includes a pinion gear having a large pinion gear and a small pinion gear, a wall part that overlaps a revolution orbit of the large pinion gear in an axial direction, a plate that is provided between the wall part and the large pinion gear, and a bottom part provided on a lower part of the plate and a lower part of the revolution orbit of the large pinion gear with a clearance being interposed. A space on a wall part side of the plate and a space on a large pinion gear side of the plate in the axial direction are in communication with each other via the clearance positioned at the lower part of the plate.

A pivot (14) with a longitudinal axis (Y) for a bearing of a mechanical reduction gear, comprising a first annular part (14a) including an axial passage (17) and a second annular part (14b) mounted around the first annular part (14a), the first annular part (14a) delimiting with the second annular part (14b) a lubrication circuit at least one oil inlet (20) of which opens out inwards of the first annular part (14a) into the axial passage (17) and at least one oil outlet (28) of which opens radially outwards of the second annular part (14b).
HARMONIC REDUCER AND INDUSTRIAL ROBOT
A harmonic reducer includes a shaft having a first through hole extending from a first end to a second end of the shaft; a wave generator arranged on the shaft and being rotatable along with the shaft; a flexible spline arranged around the wave generator; a circular spline arranged around the flexible spline; a first flange coupled to the shaft via a first bearing and coupled to the flexible spline; and a second flange coupled to the shaft via a second bearing and coupled to the circular spline. One of the flanges is arranged near to the first end of the shaft. A cavity is provided between the one of the flanges and the first end of the shaft, such that it is in fluid communication with an external environment via the first through hole.
PIVOT FOR A TURBOMACHINE MECHANICAL REDUCTION GEAR
A pivot (14) with a longitudinal axis (Y) for a bearing of a mechanical reduction gear, comprising a first annular part (14a) including an axial passage (17) and a second annular part (14b) mounted around the first annular part (14a), the first annular part (14a) delimiting with the second annular part (14b) a lubrication circuit at least one oil inlet (20) of which opens out inwards of the first annular part (14a) into the axial passage (17) and at least one oil outlet (28) of which opens radially outwards of the second annular part (14b).
DRIVE UNIT
Disclosed is a drive unit (10) with a housing (12), an electric motor (14) arranged in the housing with a rotor shaft (26). At least two oil chambers (30) are arranged in the housing (12). In each case the oil chambers include an oil zone (38) and an air zone (40) with an oil capture pocket (46). The oil chambers are flow-connected to one another via an overflow channel (42). Axial end areas of the rotor shaft (26) project into the oil chambers (30), and the rotor shaft defines a connecting channel (34) which flow-connects the oil chambers (30) to one another. A transmission is coupled to one axial end area or the rotor shaft (26) and an impulse disk (32) is coupled to the opposite axial end area, where each axial end area conveys oil to the respective oil capture pocket (46).
GEARED GAS TURBINE ENGINE WITH COMBINED SPRAY BAR AND SCAVENGE COMPONENT
A gear reduction includes a sun gear that engages a plurality of planet gears mounted on a carrier. The planet gears are engaged with a ring gear. The ring gear is fixed against rotation such that rotation of the sun gear causes rotation of the planet gears to cause rotation of the carrier. There are spray bars positioned circumferentially between adjacent ones of the planet gears. The spray bars have jet openings, such that lubricant can be passed directly onto teeth on the sun gear. One of the side faces has a plurality of windows such that oil can be scavenged. There are side surfaces between plurality of windows that do not have an opening. A gas turbine engine and a spray bar are also disclosed.
Motor Driven Power Steering Device
A motor driven power steering device including a motor and a speed reducer configured to decelerate a rotation speed of the motor, wherein the speed reducer includes a worm gear coupled to a drive shaft of the motor and rotatably installed to a speed reducer housing through a bearing, a worm wheel gear-coupled with the worm gear, and a rotation member mounted between the worm gear and the bearing and configured to circulate a lubrication agent applied between the worm gear and the worm wheel.
TRANSMISSION MECHANISM
The present invention provides a transmission mechanism with which a deterioration in accuracy can be suppressed and a service life can be increased by suppressing lubricant deterioration. A transmission mechanism is provided with a housing, a first rotating member which is accommodated in the housing and which is capable of rotating about a first rotating member axis, and a lubricant which is accommodated in the housing to lubricate the first rotating member, wherein: the transmission mechanism is additionally provided with a first filter member which is accommodated in the housing to filter out dust contained in the lubricant; the lubricant is agitated by means of the rotation of the first rotating member about the first rotating member axis; and the first filter member is provided in the direction in which the lubricant is caused to flow by means of the agitation from the first rotating member.
