Easy adjust tensioner assembly
A tensioning bar assembly for a tensioning assembly of a drive system of an agricultural machine includes a longitudinal bar having a top end, a bottom end, and a threaded portion. An attachment device is coupled to the top end to attach to a tensioning arm. A compression spring is located around a portion of the longitudinal bar. A first spring retainer engages with and retains a first end of the spring. A first locking nut fits to the threaded portion of the bar and retains the first spring retainer longitudinally in place relative to the bar. The longitudinal bar is rotationally freely coupled to the attachment device to permit free axial rotation of the bar about its longitudinal axis relative to the attachment device, and an engagement head is attached to and located at or proximate the bottom end of the longitudinal bar for engagement with a tool.
Tensioner
A tensioner comprising a base, a shaft press fit into the base, a pivot arm journalled to the shaft, the pivot arm having a first frustoconical portion and a frustoconical bushing disposed thereon, a pulley journalled to the pivot arm, a torsion spring engaged between the base and the pivot arm for biasing the pivot arm, a seal disposed between the base and pivot arm on the shaft, the shaft comprising a second frustoconical portion describing an apex angle Δ, and the torsion spring applying an axial spring force to the pivot arm such that the first frustoconical portion is in pressing engagement with the second frustoconical portion.
Helical belt assembly, method of use, and kit therefore
Disclosed herein is an assembly, method of assembling, and kit for assembling an assembled flexible helical belt that is mounted within a mounting space defined by a continuous mechanical constraint of a device. Embodiments of the flexible helical belt include a flexible helical belt that has a plurality of belt teeth, where some of the belt teeth are each pierced by a through hole which extends through the respective belt tooth and where the flexible helical belt is of sufficient length such that, when the flexible helical belt is mounted within the intended mounting space, the flexible helical belt overlaps itself by at least one rotation such that each through hole is transversely aligned with at least one other through hole, enabling a transverse compression device to be fitted through the through holes, creating a transverse compressive force on the flexible helical belt to form a single continuous drive belt.
Industrial hybrid engine
In an industrial hybrid engine, an endless rotary band wound around a drive pulley of a crankshaft and a motor pulley of an electric motor for power is provided. The electric motor is attached to an engine body by using a support bracket. A tension mechanism is supported by the support bracket, the tension mechanism tensioning the endless rotary band in a direction in which the endless rotary band is stretched. A second support bracket that supports the electric motor separately from the support bracket is provided.
Adjustable motor mount
A heating ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a support structure having a mounting rail, a first mounting bracket coupled to the mounting rail and configured to be adjustably positioned along a first axis of the mounting rail, and a second mounting bracket directly coupled to the first mounting bracket. The second mounting bracket is configured to support a fan motor mounted thereto, the second mounting bracket is configured to be adjustably positioned along a second axis of the first mounting bracket, and the second axis of the first mounting bracket is transverse to the first axis of the mounting rail.
PIVOT SHAFT TENSIONER ASSEMBLY
A belt tensioner for a belt system having a compression spring internal to the tensioning arm, the tensioning arm pivotable in relation to the pivot shaft and the tensioner base. The compression spring provides an axial force against an axially slidable hub bearing, which moves to accommodate variations in spring force and/or dimensional changes.
Belt-tensioning device
A belt-tensioning device includes an electric machine having a drive belt pulley, which is driven about a drive axis, and a further drive belt pulley, where an endless belt wraps around the drive belt pulleys. The device has a housing in which a first and a second spring arm are mounted, in each of which spring arms a tension roller having axes of rotation which are parallel to the drive axis is rotatably mounted. The spring arms are supported against one another and press the endless belt together via the tension rollers in the region of the drive belt pulley. A first and a second further spring arm are provided adjacent to the spring arms which are adjustable by an adjustment element such that the spring forces of the further spring arms either do or do not support the spring forces of the spring arms acting on the endless belt.
Pickup drive system for an agricultural baler
A pickup unit of an agricultural baler that includes a reel with a plurality of tines configured for lifting a crop material from a field, the reel is rotatable in an operating direction and a reverse direction, and a drive system configured for driving the reel. The drive system includes a gearbox configured for receiving motive power from a power take off (PTO) shaft, a drive shaft operably connected to the gearbox, and a first clutch connected to the drive shaft. The first clutch is configured for operably disconnecting motive power to the reel so that the reel is manually rotatable as the PTO shaft remains operably engaged with the gearbox.
Motorized wheelbarrow
A motorized wheelbarrow including a motor and a drive pulley that rotates when the motor is operating. The motorized wheelbarrow also includes wheels and a drive train assembly for transmitting power from the motor to the wheels. The motorized wheelbarrow also includes a clutch assembly movable between a connected condition, in which the motor and the drive train assembly are connected by the clutch assembly, and a disconnected condition, in which the motor and the drive train assembly are not connected with each other, and a brake assembly movable between an engaged condition, in which the brake assembly resists rotation of the wheels, and a disengaged condition, in which the brake assembly does not resist rotation of the wheels. Both of the clutch assembly and the brake assembly are controlled by a single control assembly so that the clutch assembly and the brake assembly are mutually functionally exclusive.
Drive belt tensioner systems and methods
Embodiments of the present disclosure include a drive belt tensioner configured to adjust tension in a drive belt of a blower assembly for a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system. The drive belt tensioner includes a mounting bracket configured to couple directly to a blower housing that is configured to house a blower of the blower assembly. The drive belt tensioner further includes an idler pulley configured to contact the drive belt. A position of the idler pulley is adjustable relative to the mounting bracket to enable adjustment of the tension in the drive belt.
