Sealing plugs
A sealing plug (100) for a panel opening, the plug having an axis (132) and including a head portion (110) having a first diameter larger than of the panel opening and a leg portion (120) concentric to the head portion (110) and having a second diameter shorter than the first diameter, the leg includes at least two latches (130) extending radially towards the head portion (110), and wherein the passing of the leg portion (120) and the at least two latches (130) through the panel opening causes resilient deformation of each latch (130), such that each latch (130) deforms and recovers thereby causing the panel to be retained by the at least two latches (130) and between the at least two latches (130) and the head portion (110) of the plug (100).
Sealed Container Provided With A Bi-Material Flange
The invention relates to a sealed container (1) comprising a container body (2) having a through-hole (8) that is delimited by a flange and is closed by a removable door (7) mounted on the flange and an annular seal located between the flange and the door (7), characterized in that the flange consists of two separate concentric sleeves, one of the sleeves defining an outer flange body (5) arranged to allow a connection of the container body (2) to a flange having a complementary shape on an enclosure, the other sleeve defining an inner flange body (6) arranged to allow a connection of the door (7) to the flange, the outer flange body (5) being made entirely or partially of a resistant plastic material selected from plastics that are resistant to autoclave sterilization cycles, while the inner flange body (6) is made of a metal alloy.
SEAL RING AND CONDUIT CONNECTOR
It is disclosed an annular seal ring adapted for use in conduit connectors. The seal ring includes an inner sealing portion and an outer sealing portion. The sealing portions are disconnected from each other allowing them to move completely freely relative to each other during operation.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE, BATTERY PACK, AND ELECTRIC VEHICLE
An electronic device includes: an exterior case that has a first case and a second case engaged with each other; a first lead wire and a second lead wire extended from the inside of the exterior case; a first grommet through which the first lead wire is penetrated; and a second grommet through which the second lead wire is penetrated, where the first grommet is inserted in a first notch formed in the first case, the second grommet is inserted in a second notch formed at a position that substantially faces the first notch in the second case, and a continuous O-ring is interposed between the first case and the second case and between the first grommet and the second grommet.
Seal gasket retention for connector assembly or housing
A gasket assembly includes a substrate, such as a portion of a body of an electrical connector. The substrate defines a mating surface to which a gasket or gasket seal is mechanically fixed. The gasket defines at least one recess or other mounting feature thereon for engaging with a complementary feature of the substrate for fixing the gasket to the substrate. According to an embodiment, the gasket defines a sealing face or sealing wall opposing and/or abutting the mating surface of the substrate, and a sidewall extending from the sealing wall and defined about a perimeter thereof. The sealing wall and sidewall define a circumferential recess configured to receive a peripheral edge of the substrate for securing the gasket to and generally over the mating surface of the substrate.
Apparatus and method for decreasing flow noise in ring-type joints
A gasket assembly is provided having a ring seal (100) and a ring joint gasket (12). The ring seal (100) has an annular sealing body (102) and an annular outer seal portion (106) disposed on and defining an outer edge of the annular sealing body (102). An annular inner seal portion (108) is disposed on and defines an inner edge of the annular sealing body (102). A central bore (104) is defined by an annular surface (110) of the annular inner seal portion (108). The ring joint gasket (12) has an inner surface (13) that engages the annular outer seal portion (106) of the ring seal (100), wherein the ring joint gasket is insertable into a flange of a ring-type joint.
Radial seal for disposable force sensor
A pressure reading assembly including a housing defining a conduit configured to transmit bodily fluid therethrough and a receiving tube having a first opening and an inner cylindrical surface. The pressure reading assembly further includes a sensing apparatus which includes a sensor disposed on a substrate and an engagement member including a generally columnar sealing member configured to engage an inner cylindrical surface of a receiving tube within the housing connected to the substrate about the sensor. The sealing member defines an axial bore extending from a proximal end to a distal end and includes an outer sealing surface defining one or more engaging elements configured to non-adhesively engage the inner cylindrical surface of the receiving tube to resist removal of the sensor assembly so that a pre-sterilized sensor assembly can be removed from a clean sealed packaging and joined directly with the housing.
Method and apparatus for high pressure sealing
The present technology generally relates to devices, systems and methods for providing robust sealing between surfaces in a pressurized system, such as a chromatography system. In particular, the devices, systems and methods relate to compliant and resilient parts that can be reused and/or reinstalled while providing a pressure tight sealing surface even within a high pressure environment (e.g., 1000 psi or greater).
Sealing element
Sealing element for producing an electrically conductive connection between a first machine element and a second machine element, comprising at least one disc-shaped conducting element and a support ring, the support ring comprising an axial flange and a radial flanged, the conducting element being formed from an electrically conductive foil, and the conducting element being secured at least in sections along the axial flange between the support ring and the second machine element.
Printing system
A printing system to hold printing material comprises a sealing interface to seal a container with respect to a printing chamber volume of the printing system, the container to hold the printing material. The printing system comprises a lifting system to move the container between a first position in which the container is to be lifted and a second position at which the container is lifted and contacts the seal so as to seal the container. The lifting system is to non-hyperstatically constrain the container.
