Conduit with Latch System
A conduit system for protection of wiring or tubing comprising a tubular shaped conduit with latch system designed to allow insertion of electrical wiring without disconnection of the wiring or without threading the wiring through the conduit. The latch system is comprised of an internal latch, external latch or both and is formed to such that the conduit maintains its structural integrity while facilitating full and easy access to the electrical wiring contained within.
RESIN TUBE
Provided is a resin tube containing a poly(3-hydroxyalkanoate) resin component. The poly(3-hydroxyalkanoate) resin component includes at least two poly(3-hydroxyalkanoate) resins differing in types and/or contents of constituent monomers. A50% fracture energy of the resin tube, as measured by an impact resistance test, is 0.2 J or more.
Annulated tubular structure intended for transporting fuel into the tank
A partially annulated flexible tubular structure located at least partially inside the fuel tank, in particular the gasoline or diesel tank, particularly the gasoline tank, of a vehicle, said structure being capable of being at least partially submerged in said tank and being intended for transporting said fuel into said tank, said tubular structure comprising at least one layer (1) comprising a composition comprising: a. between 39% and 100% by weight, in particular between 41% and 100% by weight, of at least one aliphatic polyamide of formula W/Z, b. between 0% and 4% by weight, and preferably between 0 and 2%, of at least one plasticizer, c. between 0% and 20% of at least one impact modifier, d. between 0% and 37% by weight of at least one additive, the sum of a.+b.+c.+d. being equal to 100% of the total weight of the composition, excluding a fuel transport structure running from the tank to the motor of the vehicle.
PIPE FOR CONVEYING FLUIDS IN HVACR SYSTEMS
The present invention relates to a composite coating for an inner tube delimiting a passageway for a fluid for obtaining a pipe for conveying fluids in HVACR systems.
Hose
A hose (200) is described, the hose comprising a first section (210) comprising a cross sectional area A.sub.χ and a second section (220) comprising a cross section area kj. The first section is in fluid communication with the second section and, in use, the first section is located upstream of the second section. Additionally, Axis at least twice the size of A2. Use of the hose and a method of dispensing slurry are also described.
MULTILAYER TUBE
A multilayer tube is provided which suppresses the amount of calcium and organic component leaching to a low level and which can be realized as a tube that has mechanical properties at 60° C. This multilayer tube includes a first polyolefin resin layer configuring the innermost layer, and a second polyolefin resin layer arranged outside of the first polyolefin resin layer; the amount of calcium leaching, measured in accordance with SEMI F-57, of the material of the first polyolefin resin layer is less than 30 μg/m2; the ratio of the thickness of the first polyolefin resin layer to the total thickness of the first polyolefin resin layer and the second polyolefin resin layer is 0.011-0.17. By means of this configuration, it is possible to suppress the amount of leaching of calcium and organic substances to a low level, and to realize a pipe having a strength that takes into account a 60° C. use environment.
MULTILAYER FLEXIBLE TUBE AND PROCESS FOR THE SAME
This invention relates in general to a multilayer tube and methods of making the same. In particular, this invention relates to a multilayer tube used as a riser, such as those that may be connected to shutoff or “stop” valve on one end and a plumbing hook-up to the other end. The multilayer tube comprises a first inner polymer layer and a second outer polymer layer, wherein the first and second polymer layers are not substantially bonded to each other. To facilitate use, the tube may additionally comprise one or more overmolded components, such as pipe connectors, plumbing connections, plumbing fittings, valve connectors and appliance connectors. The layers are not substantially bonded.
TUBE MANUFACTURING METHOD, EXTRUSION MOLDING MACHINE, MOLD FOR EXTRUSION MOLDING, WINDING DEVICE, AND TUBE
A method for producing a tube, which includes: extruding a melt-fabricable fluororesin from a mold of an extruder into a form of a tube, leading the extruded melt-fabricable fluororesin to a cooling device to cool the extruded melt-fabricable fluororesin, and winding a resulting cooled tube onto a winding reel using a winding device. A gas is fed from a head end of the tube wound onto the winding reel into a hollow of the tube, the gas in the hollow is allowed to pass through a gas-introducing entrance of the mold and then through a gas-discharging hole of the mold to discharge the gas outside, thereby allowing the gas to flow along the hollow, and an internal pressure of the hollow is kept higher than atmospheric pressure and lower than 0.5 kgf/cm.sup.2.
