HOSE ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE AND GROUND CLIP
An operator is enabled to easily identify the normal attachment direction of a ground clip and set the ground clip in a correct direction.
Provided is a hose attachment structure in which a ground clip is attached over a grounded electroconductive pipe and a flexible hose inserted onto an outer face of the electroconductive pipe, wherein the ground clip includes a coil part that is attached to the outer face of the electroconductive pipe and an outer peripheral surface of the flexible hose and a pair of pinch parts that protrudes from both end parts in an axial direction of the coil part and faces each other, and one pinch part among the pair of pinch parts has an asymmetrically-shaped indicator part having directivity in the axial direction of the coil part.
HELICALLY WOUND TUBING WITH EXPOSED CONDUCTORS
Tubing comprising a tubing wall formed of an elongate thermoplastic ribbon helically wrapped and heat bonded to itself to form the tubing wall. The tubing may include one or more elongate conductors helically wrapped around and along the tubing wall. The tubing may include an elongate reinforcement rib helically wrapped around and along the tubing wall such that the tubing wall includes a first portion in which the elongate reinforcement rib covers the one or more elongate conductors and a second portion in which the one or more elongate conductors are uncovered by the elongate reinforcement rib and the elongate reinforcement rib wraps around the tubing wall.
Liquid cooled cable and charging cable assembly
A liquid cooled cable (1) includes a conductor (2) with at least two cable strands (3). The conductor (2) is encompassed by a hose (5) spaced in a sectional view at least partially apart from the conductor (2) by an interstitial space (6). The interstitial space (6) is arranged between an inner wall (7) of the hose (5) and the cable strands (3) of the conductor (2). The interstitial space (6) conducts a cooling liquid (15) along the conductor (2).
TELESCOPIC HOSE AND PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY THEREOF
The present invention discloses a telescopic hose and the process technology thereof. The telescopic hose comprises an elastic support member that can be configured to conduct strong electricity; the support member comprises a first wire and a second wire, and the first wire and the second wire are arranged in a double helix structure in cooperation with each other; a hose wall that is wrapped around the outer side of the support member, and at least part of the hose wall between the first wire and the second wire forms a corrugated portion. Through the setting of the above structures, the hose can not only conduct strong electricity, but also stretch back and forth and turn at any angle. In addition, the hose structure is relatively simple, the amount of gas and liquid passing per unit time is larger.
ARC RESISTANT CORRUGATED TUBING SYSTEM WITH PROTECTIVE JACKET AND FITTING
A tubing apparatus includes corrugated tubing including convolutions of peaks and valleys in the body of the tubing; an electrically conductive or semi-conductive, polymer jacket disposed along an exterior length of the corrugated tubing; wherein the jacket provides protection to the inner corrugated tubing from damage resulting from electrical arcing at levels ranging from at least 9 coulombs at a waveform of 10 microseconds×1000 microseconds.
Flexible plastic hose and method for manufacturing same
Disclosed is a flexible plastic hose (1) comprising a tubular hose body (2) having web portions (7) and a helical reinforcing rib (8), and a cuff (3a) mounted to an extremity (16) of the hose body (2) comprising a molded end fitting (5a) bonded to the extremity (16a), and a stress relief element (4) with a first segment (S1) having an internal screw-thread (15) complementary to the helical reinforcing rib (8). Disclosed is also a method for making same, and use of the hose (1) as a medical hose.
LIQUID COOLED CABLE AND CHARGING CABLE ASSEMBLY
A liquid cooled cable (1) includes a conductor (2) with at least two cable strands (3). The conductor (2) is encompassed b a hose (5) spaced in a sectional view at least partially apart from the conductor (2) by an interstitial space (6). The interstititial space (6) is arranged between an inner wall (7) of the hose (5) and the cable strands (3) of the conductor (2). The interstitial space (6) conducts a cooling liquid (15) along the conductor (2).
ANTISTATIC FLEXIBLE HOSE
An antistatic flexible hose, including: a hose body which is formed of a soft material having flexibility; a conductive layer which is provided along an outer peripheral face of the hose body in an axial direction; a conductive wire which is wound in a spiral shape along the outer peripheral face of the hose body and an outer surface of the conductive layer and which is provided so as to be pressure-welded, in a radial direction, to the outer peripheral face of the hose body and the outer surface of the conductive layer; and a reinforcing member which is provided in a spiral shape along the conductive wire so as to protrude from the outer peripheral face of the hose body and the outer surface of the conductive layer.
