Pipe coupling capsulation assembly with retaining elements
A pipe coupling capsulation assembly includes a band having an inner annular seal element wrappable around a pipe, opposing clamp members that extend from the band, at least one tightening element for clamping together the clamp members, and a plurality of retaining elements extending from the band. Each retaining element overlies a portion of an adjacent one of the retaining elements.
Modular split sleeve
A fitting for encasing an extended length of pipe comprising a plurality of segments jointed end-to-end to axially extend over the length of pipe, each of the segments being formed by a pair of mating semi-cylindrical sections, the pairs of mating sections having arcuate ends forming longitudinally extending opposed faces mating at a diametral plane, the longitudinal opposed faces being sealed together, the adjacent axial ends of the segments being circumferentially sealed together, ends of the fitting having internal seals arranged to contact and seal onto the exterior of the pipe whereby the space between said internal seals within said fitting is closed.
Pipe repair fitting with end seals
A pipe repair fitting (10) includes a pair of opposed generally semi-cylindrical sleeve members (12, 14) including side flanges (16, 18) and first fasteners (20) that engage the side flanges (16, 18) for fastening and encircling the sleeve members (12, 14) together onto a pipe to be repaired. Each sleeve member includes a central longitudinal semi-cylindrical portion (22). A first seal member (26) is disposed in at least one of the longitudinal semi-cylindrical portions (22) for sealing the sleeve members (12, 14) with respect to each other. Semi-annular clamp housings (24, 25) extend from opposite ends of the longitudinal semi-cylindrical portion (22). Ends of the semi-annular clamp housings (24, 25) include opposing clamp members (27). One or more second fasteners (30) tighten the clamp members (27) towards each other so as to apply a clamping force on the pipe to be repaired. At least one end seal (28) is disposed in the semi-annular clamp housings (24, 25).
PIPE COUPLING ENCAPSULATION ASSEMBLY
A pipe coupling encapsulation assembly includes an elastomeric ring including two elastomeric annular pipe interface portions that extend from two opposite axial ends of an elastomeric intermediate annular portion. The elastomeric annular pipe interface portions have a smaller annular radius than an annular radius of the elastomeric intermediate annular portion. Each of the elastomeric annular pipe interface portions and the elastomeric intermediate annular portion includes edges that face each other when the elastomeric ring is placed around a pipe. A repair coupling includes a band and opposing clamp members extending outwards from ends of the band, the elastomeric ring being radially inwards of the band.
WATER LEAK REPAIR FITTING
A water leak repair fitting has a plurality of metal bands provided at intervals in a pipe circumferential direction and a water stop sheet provided on an inner peripheral surface of each metal band. An inner peripheral surface of the water stop sheet includes a plurality of first ribs extending in the pipe circumferential direction and a plurality of first recesses. Each of the plurality of first recesses is defined by the plurality of first ribs and the plurality of second ribs. An outer end of an outermost rib located on an outermost side in the pipe axial direction among the plurality of first ribs is located inner side in the pipe axial direction with respect to an outer end of each of the plurality of metal bands in the pipe axial direction.
PIPE REINFORCEMENT DEVICE AND PIPE REINFORCEMENT METHOD
A reinforcement device for a cylindrical pipe through which steam passes, the steam being obtained by heating water using combustion heat of a boiler, includes: a first reinforcement member that makes surface contact with an outer peripheral surface corresponding to one semi-circumference of the pipe, the first reinforcement member having a thickness that decreases toward both ends in a longitudinal direction of the pipe; a second reinforcement member that makes surface contact with an outer peripheral surface corresponding to another semi-circumference of the pipe, the second reinforcement member having a thickness that decreases toward both the ends in the longitudinal direction of the pipe; and a coupling member that couples the first reinforcement member and the second reinforcement member together around the pipe.
