Fire tube

A fire tube with three hollow tube sections, two of which are parallel to each other and one of which is perpendicular to and connects the ends of the first two tube sections. The bottom-most tube section, which contains the burner, has an inner ceramic liner that is made up of one or more separate ceramic tubular sections. An upper set of cooling funs surrounds the top part of the bottom-most tube section, and a lower set of cooling fins surrounds the bottom part of the bottom-most tube section.

Method for operating a heating boiler and heating boiler for carrying out said method (variants)

A method for operating a heating boiler and variant embodiments thereof are proposed. A working fluid is heated in the heating boiler consisting of at least two chambers by the heat of at least one heat carrier, and, by means of at least one of the heat exchangers in the heating boiler, a change in the temperature of the heat carrier in relation to the working fluid in the chambers is realized by supplying a more greatly heated heat carrier to the chambers containing a more greatly heated working fluid and, correspondingly, supplying a less greatly heated heat carrier to the chambers containing a less greatly heated working fluid, and, after heating, the working fluid is conducted out of the chamber via at least one channel or valve for use. The technical result is an increase in the efficiency of the heat recovering.

Straight fin for device for recovering waste heat of raw coke oven gas in ascension pipe of coke oven, and heat recovering device

A straight fin for a device for recovering the waste heat of raw coke oven gas in the ascension pipe of the coke oven includes the straight fin body and a group of V-shaped notches disposed on the straight fin body. The depth h of the V-shaped notches is less than the width H of the straight fin body. The distances between the adjacent V-shaped notches increase from bottom to top in the longitudinal direction of the straight fin body. The present invention further provides a heat recovering device and a power generation device both including the straight fins. Moreover, the width, the angle, and the distances in the longitudinal direction of the V-shaped notches at the top of the straight fin are determined according to the temperature field distribution during use of the device.

A segmented watertube boiler system allows for rapidly expanding the capacity of a boiler. The system joins boiler segments to form a boiler. The segments have portions of the boiler so that the storage capacity for water and heat are increased with the number of segments uses. Any openings in the segments on the ends are capped off and heat and water sources are attached. The boiler can be cleaned and maintained by simply disassembling the segments to provide access to the whole boiler.
