A SCRUBBER BURNER
The present invention presents a scrubber burner composed of a preheating spray ring that is formed with a porous material with certain thickness, and that preheats and sprays the fuel gas in the preheating combustion space formed inside, a preheating guide ring equipped with multiple preheating guide holes that wrap the outer circumference of the aforementioned preheating spray ring, and that penetrates from the outer circumference to the inner circumference, and a preheating burner module equipped with a housing that forms a ring shaped gas channel that is separated from the outer circumference of the aforementioned preheating guide ring and through which the aforementioned fuel gas flows.
Device and system for energy generation by controlled plasma ignition and incineration
A device and system for energy generation using plasma incineration and further, for producing electricity by hydrogen gas generation and combustion.
HEAT GENERATION FOR SEPARATE ENDOTHERMIC PROCESS WITH CARBON CAPTURE
A method for transferring thermal energy to a separate endothermic process includes: (a) providing a carbon dioxide (CO.sub.2) stream and a carbonaceous fuel to a heater; (b) reacting the carbonaceous fuel in the heater to produce a heated stream; (c) transferring heat from the heated stream to the separate endothermic process; (d) separating the CO.sub.2 stream from the heated stream after (c); and (e) recycling the CO.sub.2 stream to the heater after (d).
WASTE PROCESSING SYSTEM
A waste processing system includes a pyrolysis apparatus that pyrolyzes a combustible waste, a melt-and-mold apparatus that generates an ingot of resin and combustible gas from a synthetic-resin waste, and an oil extraction apparatus that generates combustible oil and combustible gas from the ingot of resin. The melt-and-mold apparatus has a melter that melts the synthetic-resin waste using heat produced by the pyrolysis apparatus, the oil extraction apparatus has a pyrolyzer that pyrolyzes the ingot of resin using the heat produced by the pyrolysis apparatus, and at least one of the combustible gas generated at the melt-and-mold apparatus and the combustible gas generated at the oil extraction apparatus is supplied to the pyrolysis apparatus.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR THERMAL EXHAUST GAS PURIFICATION
An apparatus for thermal exhaust gas purification includes at least one thermal reactor to which a raw gas to be purified is supplied and in which the supplied raw gas is thermally purified, and an energy recovery apparatus to which a gas purified in the thermal reactor is supplied via at least one outlet line. For improving the balance of energy, it is proposed that the energy recovery apparatus includes at least one condensation heat exchanger in which the purified gas is cooled down such that condensable substances contained in the purified gas condense, and enthalpies released thereby are transmitted to a heat exchange medium and/or the raw gas upstream of the thermal reactor.
Burner
A burner includes a first tube portion formed with an ejection port; a second tube portion that extends in the first tube portion toward the ejection port and to which gaseous mixture flows in from a side opposite to the ejection port; a third tube portion arranged in the first tube portion and including an open end positioned on the ejection port side; a closing portion that closes the open end; a coupling wall portion that closes a gap between the first tube portion and the second tube portion; a partition wall that is coupled to the first tube portion and the third tube portion, the partition wall being formed with a communication path; and an igniting portion that is arranged on the ejection port side with respect to the partition wall.
Method for combustion of a low-grade fuel
A method includes combustion products from combustion of fuel with oxidant brought first through a first heat exchanging step (150;201), in which thermal energy is transferred from the combustion products to the fuel which is thereby preheated, and the cooled combustion products thereafter are brought through a second heat exchanging step (151;203), in which thermal energy is transferred from the cooled combustion products to the oxidant which is thereby also preheated. A related system for preheating the fuel and oxidant is also provided.
Pyrolysis plant
