Portable thermal convection rotisserie and barbeque apparatus for use in a variety of settings
A portable temperature regulated rotisserie and barbequing apparatus including a substantially cylindrically-shaped housing comprised of a stainless steel and further including a set of carrying handles. The hollow cylindrically shaped housing includes a latching mechanism to releasably secure the planar drip pan at the second end and a centrifugal fan including a plurality of concave blades which increase the volume and air speed to the blades. The spit releasably attached the centrifugal fan and rests on the shaft anchor.

COLLAPSIBLE AND PORTABLE OUTDOOR OVEN
It is contemplated that the present invention can provide a collapsible and portable outdoor oven having a front wall having at least one opening, a rear wall, a top wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, at least one horizontally extending exhaust slot, at least one upwardly and outwardly extending baffle, at least one internal cavity having a rear inner wall, a first inner side wall, a rear inner side wall, an upper inner surface, a lower inner surface and an upwardly and forwardly projecting baffle positioned rearwardly on the lower surface, at least one of the first side wall, the second side wall, rear wall, upper surface and the lower surface comprised of a plurality of refractory brick elements and at least one door element adapted to cover the at least one opening of the front wall.
SMOKE FUNCTIONALITY IN ELECTRIC GRILL-TYPE APPLIANCE
A cooking system includes a housing having a hollow interior, a heating element operable to heat to said hollow interior, a food support surface arranged within said hollow interior, and a combustible substrate module removably positionable in said housing. When positioned in the housing, the combustible substrate module is arranged in fluid communication with the hollow interior and the combustible substrate module is disposed remote of the food support surface.
COOKING APPARATUS
A cooking apparatus having a cooking chamber, a cooking drawer, a solid fuel support drawer, gas burners, and an ash drawer. One of the cassettes positionable in the cooking drawer can be a belt conveyor which can transport food between end doors of the cooking chamber. A front door of the chamber, when open, allows for the cooking drawer with a partially-cooked food item to be removed and moved to another location for inspection/manipulation of the food item, and then returned to the cooking chamber. Infrared burners on the ceiling of the cooking chamber are directed down to the cooking drawer. Hot exhaust gases in the cooking chamber pass through the housing to a top area for food cooking/warming. A flickering flame assembly creates flickering flames in the back of the chamber which are visible from both the front and the back of the cooking apparatus.
COOKING APPARATUS
Cooking apparatus comprises an oven. The oven comprises a cooking chamber, a heated air source and two or more vents through which, in use, heated air can vent from the cooking chamber. The two or more vents comprise at least one lower vent and at least one upper vent. The at least one lower vent is provided at a lower height than the at least one upper vent. The at least one upper vent is controllable to regulate a flow of heated air therethrough.
Fuel conditioner for grill
A cooking apparatus can include an enclosure defining a heating chamber configured to be heated and used for cooking food, a burn box proximate to the enclosure and which is configured to provide heat to the heating chamber, a hopper fluidly coupled to the burn box and configured to hold fuel, and a fuel conditioner disposed between the hopper and the burner to condition the fuel prior to burning in the burner. The fuel conditioner can be, for example, a wood chipper configured to reduce the size of the fuel.

An COOKING OVEN THAT IS WELL SUITED FOR OUTDOOR COOKING, AND METHODS
An outdoor cooking oven comprises a reconfigurable heat deflector system and independently-controllable air vents that enable the cooking oven to be configured for various cooking methods, such as low and slow cooking or grilling. At least first and second shelves are mounted within a cooking chamber with the second shelf positioned beneath the first shelf. A heat deflector system disposed on the second shelf comprises at least first and second heat deflector elements that are removable from the cooking chamber to enable a user to reconfigure the heat deflector system to vary indirect heating of food items disposed on the first shelf. At least first and second air vents disposed in a bottom side of the exterior encasement beneath the cooking chamber are independently controllable to allow at least first and second airflows from the vents to be independent varied.
Pressure sensor including variable member having rear end connected to housing at a predetermined axial position
A variable member is connected to a rod-shaped member and connected to a tube portion to ensure airtightness within a housing, and deforms when the rod-shaped member is displaced relative to the housing along an axial direction. A position of the connection between the tube portion and the variable member in the axial direction is a position shifted from a rear end of a gap toward a front side by a predetermined length or a position at the front side with respect to the position shifted by the predetermined length. The predetermined length is a length which is 50% of a length of the gap in the axial direction.
