A rotary cooler is provided, consisting of a plurality of transport tubes for transporting material to be cooled, wherein the plurality of transport tubes are arranged about an axis of rotation and are adapted to be filled jointly via a filling region with material to be cooled, characterized in that each transport tube is arranged substantially concentrically in a cooling tube in which a cooling medium flows and cools the material to be cooled via the wall of the transport tube. Furthermore, a method for operating said rotary cooler is provided.

A device for cooling the opening of a rotary kiln via cool air-blowing, the kiln including a metal cylinder lined internally with a refractory material and being rotatably mounted relative to the frame of the kiln, into which materials are intended to be inserted and fired. The cooling device includes: the aforementioned cylinder and a metal cylinder end part covered with a refractory material and secured to the cylinder; two concentric metal casings, known as the inner and outer casing, which surround the cylinder of the kiln and form two annular channels; and ventilation elements that allow cool air to flow through the annular channels. The device includes: an annular distribution chamber which surrounds the cylinder, is secured thereto and supplies the first channel with air; ventilation elements including at least one fan and an electric motor actuating the fan, and supplying the distribution chamber in an air-tight manner.
SAND CLEANING
A system (1), and method for cleaning sand, which system (1) is a modular system and comprising at least a cleaning module (2). The cleaning module (2) comprising a cleaning apparatus (22) comprising an oven (5), and a cooling drum (6). The system (1) is configured to thermally clean the sand in the heated oven (5), remove gases and fine fraction from the thermally cleaned sand, cool the thermally cleaned sand in the cooling drum (6), and remove gases and fine fraction from the cooling drum (6).

COOLING APPARATUS
An apparatus for cooling a material includes: at least one reactor, substantially tubular, which is rotatable and which includes a rotating tubular structure defining inside it a chamber for receiving and passing through the material to be cooled; and means for indirectly cooling the material passing through said chamber by means of a cooling fluid, the means for indirect cooling comprise at least one dispensing device for the cooling fluid. The at least one dispensing device includes at least two dispensing mouths defined by respective slots, with substantially longitudinal development, for the escape of the refrigerant fluid, the device being arranged with respect to the tubular structure in so that the flow outgoing from said two slits affects and laps two respective areas, distinct from each other, of the external surface of the tubular structure.
Ball mill cooling system and method
A cooling system for a ball mill used for production of a lead oxide is disclosed. The system has an internal nozzle configured to introduce water into an interior of a rotating ball mill drum, and a water conduit on an exterior of the rotating drum and configured for external water delivery so as to deliver water on the drum exterior. A control system may also be provided for control of the cooling system. A method is also disclosed.
Device for producing semi-solid slurry
A device for producing semi-solid slurry, including a height adjustment mechanism, a position adjustment mechanism, a melt protection mechanism, a support mechanism, a revolving pipe, guide mechanisms, thermally-adapted elastic supports, a driving mechanism of the revolving pipe, and a cooling module. The height adjustment mechanism is a box structure including an upper casing and a lower casing. The position adjustment mechanism includes a stationary rail and a moving rail support, and the stationary rail is fixed on the upper casing of the height adjustment mechanism. The melt protection mechanism includes a seal box including a base plate fixed on the moving rail support. The support mechanism includes a main support frame and an angle adjustment bracket, the main support frame is fixed on the base plate of the seal box, and the angle adjustment bracket is mounted on the main support frame.
BALL MILL COOLING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A cooling system for a ball mill used for production of a lead oxide is disclosed. The system has an internal nozzle configured to introduce water into an interior of a rotating ball mill drum, and a water conduit on an exterior of the rotating drum and configured for external water delivery so as to deliver water on the drum exterior. A control system may also be provided for control of the cooling system. A method is also disclosed.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A PRODUCT
The present invention concerns an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a product from a raw material. The apparatus comprises a rotary kiln having a first rotary kiln end and a second rotary kiln end, and a cooling unit which is connected to the second rotary kiln end, wherein a process direction is provided leading through the rotary kiln from the first rotary kiln end to the second rotary kiln end and further through the cooling unit, wherein the cooling unit is configured to transport the product in the process direction through the cooling unit for cooling the product, the rotary kiln comprising a burning unit at the second rotary kiln end, the burning unit being configured to receive a flammable material and an ignition gas to create heat inside the rotary kiln and to produce a combustion gas containing carbon dioxide, the rotary kiln being configured to transport raw material received at the first rotary kiln end in the process direction towards the second rotary kiln end, and, by using the heat, to transform the raw material into the product and into a resigning gas comprising carbon dioxide, characterized in that the apparatus comprises a gas outlet configured to remove an exhaust gas comprising the resigning gas and the combustion gas from the rotary kiln, and that the cooling unit is configured to transport a cooling gas in the process direction over the product.

Provided is a rotary sintering furnace that includes a furnace body assembly and a rapping device. The furnace body assembly includes a heating zone, a heat preservation zone, a cooling zone, a rotary furnace, a first heating device configured to heat the rotary furnace at the heating zone, a second heating device configured to heat the rotary furnace at the heat preservation zone, a cooling device configured to cool the rotary furnace at the cooling zone, and a driving device configured to drive the rotary furnace to rotate. The rapping device is configured to strike the rotary furnace, and includes a first rapping device disposed between the heating zone and the heat preservation zone, and/or a second rapping device disposed between the heat preservation zone and the cooling zone.
