20220178627 · 2022-06-09 ·

A multi-channel high-efficiency heat dissipation water-cooling radiator includes a water distribution box, a water collection box, a first radiating pipe, a second radiating pipe, a third radiating pipe, and a fourth radiating pipe. Multiple chambers are formed by arranging partitions in both the water distribution box and the water collection box, and each radiating pipe is in communication with the corresponding chambers, so that the channels in the water-cooling radiator are connected in sequence to form a circuitous configuration. This allows the water to travel a longer distance in the water-cooling radiator, so that the water-cooling radiator can effectively cool the water and dissipate heat.

According to this configuration, the heat transfer tubes can be fixed to a side wall portion of the case and the connecting tube body can be connected to the heat transfer tubes easily and appropriately.

Heat exchanger tank

The heat exchanger has tubes and a header tank that is located at an end of the tubes in a longitudinal direction and communicates with the tubes. The header tank has a core plate that connects to the tubes and a tank body that is fixed to the core plate. The core plate has a tube connection surface, a sealing surface, and an inclined surface that connects the tube connection surface and the sealing surface with each other. A distance between the tube connection surface and an end surface of the tubes in the longitudinal direction is different from a distance between the sealing surface and the end surface in the longitudinal direction by disposing the inclined surface to incline with respect to the longitudinal direction. The tubes connect to the tube connection surface and the inclined surface in a condition of being inserted to the tube connection surface and the inclined surface.

In a heat exchanger with double-walled tubes, an end junction between inner tube and outer tube comprises an end plate in which there is a seat in which an end portion of the inner tube is housed. The corresponding outer tube is peripherally fixed sealingly around the opening of the seat and a deflector extends the inner wall of the outer tube inside the seat so as to define a toroidal cavity between the deflector and a side wall of the seat. The seat is closed by a bottom which is opposite to the opening of the seat and which has a passage connected sealingly to the end of the inner tube in the seat for the transit of the fluid to be cooled. A radial space is present near the said bottom between the toroidal cavity and internal cavity of the double-walled tube, and the end plate has at least one conduit which emerges inside the toroidal cavity for the inflow or outflow of the cooling fluid. In this way a junction and an exchanger with such a junction which are robust and have innovative performance features may be provided.

Refrigerant distributor for aluminum coils

A method and system are described for a refrigerant distributor, and for attaching the distributor tubes to an evaporator coil. A short tube can inserted into the bell end of a tube and the hell end can be crimped around the short tube to lock it into place. The short tube preferably has a bead or widened shaft around which to crimp the bell. The disclosure is particularly beneficial for aluminum based components because aluminum is more susceptible to blockages or leaking due to problems from brazing.
