INTERNAL LEAK DETECTOR
This application relates to a leak detector device (100) for detecting an internal leak in a fluid path. The leak detector comprises a housing (110) with a flow passage (120) extending through the housing (110), one or more pairs of temperature sensors (130, 140) for detecting a temperature difference between an outside of the housing (110) and the flow passage (120), one temperature sensor of each pair being arranged towards an outer surface of the housing (110) and the other temperature sensor of the pair being arranged towards an innersurface of the housing (110) that faces the flow passage (120), and an array of electrically conductive wires (150, 160) that extend across the flow passage (120). The array of electrically conductive wires (150, 160) comprises one or more positive polarity wires and one or more negative polarity wires. The application further relates to a corresponding method of leak detection.
CONSTRUCTION FOIL AND SYSTEM WITH AT LEAST ONE CONSTRUCTION FOIL
The present invention relates to construction foil (1), in particular for use in the flat roof area, with a single- or multilayer structure (3) comprising a carrier layer (2), wherein the carrier layer (2) comprises an electronic unit (4) and at least one first connecting means (7) projecting beyond the outer side (8) of the carrier layer (2) and electrically connected to the electronic unit (4), and wherein the first connecting means (7) is designed in such a way that the electronic unit (4) can be detachably connected electrically to an external connection device (9) via the first connecting means (7), preferably without tools.
PLUMBING ROUTING SYSTEM AND METHOD
Systems and methods for routing a plumbing line along a wall include tracks having clip-retaining mechanisms and being attachable to the wall; plumbing-retaining members for gripping the plumbing line and being removably anchored to the clip-retaining mechanisms; and covers removably securable to the tracks. The systems and methods can further include a leak detection system comprising strips of conductive material on the tracks, the covers, or both. The strips are connected to a controller configured to detect a short or a voltage change across the strips indicative of a leak in the plumbing line, and to issue an alarm or to shut-off one or more plumbing valves.
INTEGRATED WATERPROOFING AND DRAINAGE SYSTEM WITH INTRINSIC LEAK DETECTION FOR BUILDING STRUCTURES AND METHODS OF USE
The inventive disclosures are directed to a factory-controlled process for making improved, risk-optimized commercial-building waterproofing systems. The improved waterproofing-panel systems also include improved intrinsic leak-detection capabilities.

Detection Unit
A detection unit configured to detect a leakage hole in an intestine suspended on a tubular member having a perforated portion that is configured to distribute a flow of liquid through the perforated portion and thereby pressurize the intestine, when the intestine is being moved with a non-zero velocity (V) along the longitudinal axis of the tubular member is disclosed. The detection unit comprises an electrically conducting and axially extending sleeve-shaped surrounding portion that at least partly surrounds the circumference of the tubular member and an electric circuitry arranged and configured to measure an electric quantity established between the surrounding portion and the liquid pressurizing the intestine.

LIQUID DETECTION SENSOR
The present disclosure provides a liquid detection sensor which has the general purpose usability and can prevent the deterioration of a metal-air battery being an electric power source even when being installed for a long term, and in which the metal-air battery being an electric power source can exhibit an excellent electric power generation performance. The liquid detection sensor has the metal-air battery having a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an electrolytic solution-forming component positioned between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, wherein the electrolytic solution-forming component is enclosed in the inside of a resin-made bag; and a resin of the resin-made bag has dissolvability or dispersibility in a liquid being an object to be detected.
Medical wetness sensing devices and related systems and methods
A medical wetness sensing device includes a base adapted to be disposed on a wearer of the medical wetness sensing device. The base includes a first electrical conductor and a second electrical conductor electrically insulated from the first electrical conductor. The first electrical conductor includes a hinge portion enabling a first portion of the first electrical conductor to deflect, at the hinge portion, relative to a second portion of the first electrical conductor. The medical wetness sensing device includes a controller electrically connected to the first electrical conductor and the second electrical conductor. The controller is configured to detect a presence or an absence of a medical fluid electrically connecting the first and second electrical conductors.
