Provided is a light irradiation device capable of safely detecting liquid leakage in the occurrence of the liquid leakage. A light irradiation device includes a light-emitting element, a cylindrical light source supporter having an outer wall surface on which the light-emitting element is disposed, a flow groove formed on the outer wall surface in an axial direction of the light source supporter, a reservoir that is communicated to the flow groove at a first end of the light source supporter in the axial direction and that is configured to allow liquid to be stored, and a detector configured to detect the liquid stored in the reservoir. The first end of the light source supporter is located at a position downward in the vertical direction relative to a second end of the light source supporter, the reservoir being disposed at the first end in the axial direction thereof.
Liquid Collection, Detection and Containment System For Liquid Cooled Servers
A system is provided for collection, detection and containment of leaked liquid. The system may include a spout connected to a liquid cooling manifold for channeling liquid. The system may also include a collection tray positioned under the spout and configured to contain the liquid from the spout. The system may further include a leak detection rope having a first end coupled to the liquid cooling manifold, a middle portion extending along the spout, and a second end placed inside the collection tray for detection of liquid.

POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE
An oil leak detection device includes a pair of permanent magnets, a plurality of commutators, a coil, a pair of brushes, and a current sensor. An N-pole and an S-pole of the pair of permanent magnets face each other. The plurality of commutators are attached to an output shaft. The coil is wound onto the output shaft inside the pair of permanent magnets in the radial direction of the output shaft. The coil is electrically connected to the plurality of commutators. The pair of brushes are attached to a housing and are capable of coming into contact with each of the plurality of commutators. The current sensor detects an induction current flowing between the pair of brushes and the housing.

A ceiling-mounted air conditioning indoor unit for a heat pump including a refrigerant circuit, the ceiling-mounted air conditioning indoor unit includes: a casing including an air inlet and an air outlet; a drain pan in a bottom portion of the casing; a heat exchanger in the refrigerant circuit that is disposed above the drain pan such that water dropping from the heat exchanger accumulates in the drain pan; a fan in the casing that draws air in from the air inlet, through the heat exchanger, and out of the air outlet; a bell mouth at the air inlet that guides the air drawn-in to the fan; a refrigerant leakage detection sensor that detects refrigerant leaking from the refrigerant circuit. The drain pan includes a first rim and a second rim.
CANNED MOTOR DEVICE
A canned motor device includes a casing, a rear cover and a leak detector. The rear cover has a main body portion having a cover end wall, and an extended disk portion cooperating with the main body portion to define an accommodating space. The casing and the rear cover cooperatively define an annular groove, a liquid-receiving space and a plurality of guiding grooves therebetween. The leak detector is disposed on one side of the cover end wall opposite to the liquid-receiving space for detecting a change in electrostatic capacity between the leak detector and the liquid-receiving space. The annular groove communicates with the liquid-receiving space, the accommodating space and each of the guiding grooves.

The invention relates to a method for identifying infiltration of a viscous medium (18) into an electronic assembly (10) for a vehicle, the electronic assembly (10) comprising at least one housing (40), a printed circuit board (15) and a connection region (45), the housing (40) providing an almost tight enclosure for the electronic assembly (10) and a redundancy being provided in respect of a processing and/or forwarding of electrical signals by means of the printed circuit board (15) in the electronic assembly (10), the redundancy providing at least a first transmission path (1) and a second transmission path (2) operatively parallel thereto, each transmission path (1; 2) consisting of at least one first electrical conductor (11; 21) and a second electrical conductor (12; 22), the electrical conductors (11, 12; 21, 22) each being electrically insulated from one another, and the first transmission path (1) and the second transmission path (2) forwarding the same electrical signal (U), the second transmission path (2) providing a region (30), the first electrical conductor (21) and the associated second electrical conductor (22) having no insulation in this region (30), so that an electrical signal (U) which is conducted by the two electrical conductors (11; 12; 21; 22) is changed to an electrical signal (Uv) in the event that the viscous medium (18) infiltrates into the electrical assembly (10).
