TIGHTNESS TESTING SYSTEM FOR A CABLE GLAND FEED-THROUGH OF A PARTITION IN PARTICULAR OF AN IMMERSIBLE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
Disclosed is a system for testing the tightness of a cable gland feed-through of a partition, in particular of an immersible electrical connector, of the type including a cable gland body in which a seal and a cable gland rammer for compressing the seal are placed, characterized in that it includes a tightness testing ring inserted in the seal and provided with a bore opposite a hole of the cable gland body opening on same, and provided with a connection to a pressure/vacuum source for testing the tightness of the cable gland.
Test device and measurement method
A test device including two measuring systems is provided. The test device includes a first measuring system which is configured for leakage testing of a test object, and a second measuring system which is configured for dimensional checking of the test object. The first measuring system has at least one connecting region, by which a test medium can be introduced into the test object. The test object can be set into rotation via the at least one connection region, on which the dimensional checking is based.
Method for checking a sealing of a plug connection, and plug connection
A method checks a sealing of an interior space of a plug connection that is to be tested. The plug connection has two plug connection elements, namely a plug connector element and a mating connector element, the plug connector element being plugged into the mating connector element in a plug-in direction. One of the plug connection elements additionally has a test opening to the interior space, via which, for the purpose of checking the sealing, a test medium is applied to the interior space, and the test opening is then sealed toward the interior space.
Leak check system and method of checking leak using the same
A leak check system is provided, which supplies air to inspection target space that an object to be inspected has and checks leak based on a pressure change of inspection target space. System includes pedestal, robotic arm including plurality of arm bodies serially coupled from pedestal, robot control device configured to control operation of robotic arm, air supply hand, having air discharge part connected to object to be inspected to discharge air into inspection target space, and attachably and detachably attached to a tip-end part of robotic arm, air supply source, air supply pipe configured to lead air from air supply source to air discharge part, pressure sensor, provided to air supply pipe, and configured to send detected pressure data to robot control device, and air supply mechanism of which supply of air from air supply source to air discharge part is controlled by robot control device.
