Capture Control Automated Testing
The present invention relates generally to a device which is directed toward a compact, portable, lightweight and modular device for the integrity testing of equipment to determine fluid pressure, temperature and flow rates at specific locations throughout a system. The present invention provides the ability and capability to acquire data via immediate, intermediate or distanced pressure and temperature monitoring, observation and collection. Said results may be directly monitored, at an immediate, intermediate or distanced proximity, and thereby collected and digitally stored and/or transmitted, via real-time data collection and transmission, to an on-site or off-site operator or manager for remote active or passive data collection, data monitoring, data analysis and data management.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FATIGUE TESTING OF METAL FOIL
According to the metal foil fatigue test system and metal foil fatigue test method of the present invention, the fatigue degree and lifespan of the metal foil may be easily predicted by injecting gas into the tube of a roll structure and discharging the gas to simulate charge/discharge of the electrode assembly.
COMPACT MATERIAL TESTING SYSTEM
A compact material testing system is configured to expose multiple samples housed within separate sample chambers to simulated fluid, thermal, and mechanical loading conditions. The system includes multiple independent load actuators positioned to extend actuator rods into corresponding sample chambers to apply mechanical loading to the test sample within. A fluid control system is included to bathe each test sample in a fluid medium and replenish the fluid medium within its sample chamber as needed. Each sample chamber includes a gas inlet and gas outlet to provide non-turbulent circulation and control of atmospheric composition above the fluid medium inside the chamber. A logic programmable controller is provided for input of test parameters and automated simultaneous control of mechanical loading, fluid flow, and temperature in the sample chambers.
Chip tray positioning device
The present invention relates to a chip tray positioning device, which mainly comprises a frame body, a tray conveying module, a pulling module, a pushing module and a controller. The tray conveying module is disposed on the frame body, electrically connected to the controller and controlled to convey a chip tray from the start area to the end area. The pulling module and the pushing module are disposed on the frame body, electrically connected to the controller and controlled to cause the chip tray to be abutted against the end wall and the lateral wall of the frame body, thereby realizing the positioning of the chip tray and eliminating an error formed in the transfer process of the chip tray. In addition, the controller also controls the pushing module to knock the chip tray at a specific frequency so that the chip tray is vibrated.
