Humidity Measuring Device

The present invention obtains a humidity measuring device capable of performing self-diagnosis with high reliability. This humidity measuring device 20 has a diagnosis processing unit 25 for performing self-diagnosis by using gas temperatures and gas humidities before and after a gas in an ambient atmosphere to be measured is heat-controlled. The diagnosis processing unit has a diagnosis start determining unit 26 for determining whether the self-diagnosis can be started on the basis of an exchange state in the ambient atmosphere to be measured and the gas temperature and the gas humidity before the gas in the ambient atmosphere to be measured is heat-controlled, and a diagnosis continuation determining unit 28 for determining whether the self-diagnosis can be continued on the basis of the gas temperature and the gas humidity that are heat-controlled during the self-diagnosis.

The hygrometer measures relative humidity of a measurement space, and has a main body that encapsulates a working fluid therein and causes a heat-pipe phenomenon. The main body is disposed across the measurement space and an external space spaced from the measurement space by a heat-insulating part and has a temperature lower than the measurement space. A first temperature deriving part derives the temperature of the main body in a section where the working fluid evaporates. A space temperature detecting unit detects the temperature of the measurement space. A computation unit calculate relative humidity of the measurement space based on the temperature of the main body derived by the first temperature deriving part and the temperature of the measurement space detected by the space temperature detecting unit.

Absolute humidity sensor

A temperature sensor and a relative humidity sensor are placed in an environment allowing air to flow and are displaced in an upstream-downstream direction of the airflow. An absolute humidity acquisition unit acquires absolute humidity of air from outputs from the temperature sensor and the relative humidity sensor. A delay adjustment unit delays an output from one of the temperature sensor and the relative humidity sensor placed upstream and to reconcile change-behaviors of outputs from the temperature sensor and the relative humidity sensor in response to a state change in air. The absolute humidity acquisition unit acquires the absolute humidity based on the output from the other of the temperature sensor and the relative humidity sensor placed downstream and an output acquired from the one sensor placed upstream and delayed in the delay adjustment unit.

According to the conventional knowledge, a thermal humidity measurement device has problems in which the direction of air flow is limited to one direction is too hard to handle in securing the humidity responsiveness because there are limitations on the mounting direction of the thermal humidity measurement device and the state of air flow. An introduction guide protrudes from an air introduction surface to the outside of a measurement chamber, is parallel to a humidity introduction port surface, and has a portion not in contact with an inlet surface of a humidity introduction tube as seen from any direction to guide the flow of air to the humidity introduction tube from any direction of 360°.

A thermal humidity measuring device includes first and second heating elements, and is capable of obtaining a plurality of measurement values (measured values) by effectively utilizing each of the heating elements, which includes measuring humidity by the first heating element. A thermal humidity measuring device includes a first bridge circuit that includes a first heating element that senses humidity, and a second bridge circuit that includes a second heating element that heats air around the first heating element. In the thermal humidity measuring device, a first output signal is extracted from the first bridge circuit, and the humidity is sensed. A second output signal is extracted from the second bridge circuit, and the second output signal includes information relating to at least any one of pressure, an air flow rate, and air temperature.

Humidity detection device

The purpose of the present invention is to reduce a load of preventing dew condensation, and to provide a highly reliable humidity detection device. In order to achieve the purpose, this humidity detection device is provided with: a humidity sensor having a humidity detection unit and a temperature detection unit; a heating resistor that heats the humidity sensor; and a heating control unit that controls a heating temperature of the heating resistor. The humidity detection device is characterized in having a target temperature storage unit that stores target temperatures of the heating resistor, said target temperatures having been determined corresponding to temperatures and humidities.
