Printable Laminates for Flexo Plates, Methods of Making, and Methods of Using
Negatives and laminates containing negatives for exposing liquid photopolymers in UV flexographic plate making are created by printing opaque images directly onto the protective or release cover films used in plate making processes. Combining negatives and cover films in this way eliminates two layers and two interfaces in the exposure process, reducing cost and improving quality.
Pattern formation method, laminate, and method of producing touch panel
Provided are a pattern formation method including a step of preparing a base material which has an etching layer transparent to an exposure wavelength on each of two surfaces thereof and is transparent to the exposure wavelength, a step of forming a photosensitive resin layer, in which an optical density to the exposure wavelength is in a range of 0.50 to 2.50, on the etching layer on each of the two surfaces of the base material, a step of pattern-exposing the photosensitive resin layer, a step of developing the photosensitive resin layer to form a resist pattern on two surfaces, a step of removing the etching layer on a portion that is not coated with the resist pattern, and a step of peeling the resist pattern off, in this order, a laminate, and a method of producing a touch panel.
Method of forming gratings
Embodiments of the disclosure generally relate to methods of forming gratings. The method includes depositing a resist material on a grating material disposed over a substrate, patterning the resist material into a resist layer, projecting a first ion beam to the first device area to form a first plurality of gratings, and projecting a second ion beam to the second device area to form a second plurality of gratings. Using a patterned resist layer allows for projecting an ion beam over a large area, which is often easier than focusing the ion beam in a specific area.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR EXPOSURE OF RELIEF PRECURSORS
Apparatus for exposure of a relief precursor includes a substrate layer and at least one photosensitive layer. The apparatus includes a first light source configured to illuminate a first side of the relief precursor, a movable second light source configured to illuminate a second side of the relief precursor opposite the first side, a movable shield located between the first light source and the second light source and configured to capture at least a portion of the light of the second light source transmitted through the relief precursor, and a moving means configured to move the movable shield simultaneously with the second light source.
PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATIC MEASUREMENT OF DENSITY OF PHOTOPOLYMER PRINTING PLATES
A method and apparatus for measurement of density of a photosensitive printing plate (130) having a mask (132) embodying image information corresponding to an image to be printed. A density measurement system includes a first radiation source (112) spaced apart from and adjacent the plate and configured to emit radiation having a first wavelength or range of wavelengths toward the plate. A densitometer (110) spaced apart from and adjacent the plate in a fixed relationship relative to the first radiation source receives and measures an amount of the first radiation transmitted through or reflected by the plate and the mask during relative movement between the plate and the density measurement system. The densitometer readings are processed to provide an output correlating to quality of the mask. The density measurement system may be coupled to an exposure system (120,122,124) for curing the plate.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR EXPOSURE OF FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATES USING LIGHT EMITTING DIODE (LED) RADIATION SOURCES
Apparatus, method, and system for exposing a photosensitive printing plate to radiation, including a plurality of LED point sources configured to emit UV light. The plurality of LED point sources in at least one of a front side set or back side set are controllable in subsets smaller than an entirety of the collective irradiation field corresponding to the respective set. A holder receives the printing plate in a stationary position to receive incident radiation and a controller is configured to control the plurality of LED source subsets. A first LED point source subset is configured to be controlled at a first intensity differing by a factor relative to a second intensity of a second LED point source subset to give the radiation emitted by the respective set an intended degree of homogeneity.

The disclosure provides in some embodiments a method for fabricating a photoresist pattern, a color filter and a method for fabricating the same, and a display device. The method for fabricating a photoresist pattern includes coating negative photoresist on a base substrate to form a first photoresist layer, coating positive photoresist on the first photoresist layer to form a second photoresist layer, conducting a first exposure process on first regions of the second photoresist layer, conducting a first developing process to remove the positive photoresist within the first regions of the second photoresist layer and the negative photoresist within second regions of the first photoresist layer, so as to obtain a first photoresist pattern and a second photoresist pattern, conducting a second exposure process on the first photoresist pattern and the second photoresist pattern, and conducting a second developing process to remove the first photoresist pattern.
Manufacturing method of color filter substrate
A manufacturing method of a color filter substrate includes: depositing a photoresist layer on a substrate, patterning the photoresist layer through exposure and development and executing an UV curing; or forming an overcoat whose material is a light-cured material on a substrate, conducting an UV irradiation on the substrate from front and back sides of the substrate, respectively; or, depositing a black matrix photoresist, a red photoresist, a green photoresist and a blue photoresist on a substrate, respectively, and forming corresponding patterns respectively through exposure and development and executing an UV curing. By the technical solution, the line-width of a BM can be restrained from broadening, and the curing time can be shortened, thereby raising the production efficiency.
