A colored resin particle dispersion and an inkjet ink are provided which preferably exhibit excellent rub fastness and alcohol resistance, and yield printed items having high image density. Specifically, a colored resin particle dispersion includes colored resin particles, a basic dispersant and a non-aqueous solvent. The colored resin particles include a colorant, a thermoplastic solid resin and a liquid organic compound having an acidic group, and the thermoplastic solid resin has a polar parameter p and a hydrogen bonding parameter h from the Hansen solubility parameters that satisfy p=2.5 to 11.0 and h=5.0 to 12.0 respectively is provided.

The total percentage content of the first repeating unit and the second repeating unit is at least 80% by mol to all repeating units included in the specific polyamide resin. The photosensitive layer contains a charge generating material, an electron transport material, a binder resin, a hole transport material, and an n-type pigment.

This invention is directed to a method for manufacturing carrier core particles for electrophotographic developer containing iron, manganese, and calcium as a core composition. The method includes (A) a mixing step of mixing an iron-containing raw material, a manganese-containing raw material, and a calcium-containing raw material to prepare a mixture thereof, (C) a granulation step of granulating the mixture after the mixing step, and (D) a firing step of firing a powdery material, which is obtained by granulating the mixture in the granulation step, at a predetermined temperature to form a magnetic phase. The calcium-containing raw material is provided in a granular form, and primary particles of the calcium-containing raw material have a volume mean diameter of 1 m or less.
