Valve arrangement
Valve arrangement for influencing a fluid flow for a fluid consumer, having a first valve group with which a first actuator is associated, having a second valve group with which a second actuator is associated, the first valve group and second valve group being associated in a first functional position as a parallel circuit with a first fluid line in a first functional position and are associated with a second fluid line in a second functional position as a series circuit, the first valve group or second valve group being designed for actuating the respective other actuator in the first functional position and being designed for switching off the respective other actuator in the second functional position.
VALVE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR REGULATING THE PRESSURE OF A FLUID
A valve assembly includes a proportional valve having an opening cross section that can be continuously varied by an actuator; a sensor for sensing the valve output pressure; a digital regulating device; and a switching valve disposed parallel to the proportional valve. The opening cross section of the switching valve is smaller than the maximum opening cross section of the proportional valve. The regulating device is programmed (i) to automatically calculate, at runtime, using the currently given valve output pressure and the current position of the actuator, the maximum working pressure achievable at the maximum opening of the proportional valve with the valve, (ii) and to additionally open the switching valve when the computed maximum achievable working pressure falls below a predefinable target working pressure by a definable deviation value.
FLUID PRESSURE PROPORTIONAL VALVE
A fluid pressure proportional valve includes a valve body, a first core shaft, a second core shaft, and a driving motor. The valve body has a first orifice, a second orifice, a third orifice, and a receiving space having a valve port. The first and second core shafts are located in the receiving space. The first core shaft has a sealing portion, an abutting portion, and a flow channel. Under normal status, the sealing portion seals the valve port, and the second orifice communicates with the third orifice via the flow channel When the driving motor drives the second core shaft to move along an axial direction, the second core shaft could seal the flow channel to block the communication between the second orifice and the third orifice and push the abutting portion of the first core shaft to depart from the valve port and the sealing portion, thereby communicating the first and the second orifices.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MONITORING METAL RECOVERY SYSTEMS
Various embodiments provide a leaching solution monitoring module comprising a first leaching solution distribution system interface, a flow meter in fluid communication with the first leaching solution distribution system interface, the flow meter in fluid communication a 3-way pressure regulator, and a second leaching solution distribution system interface in fluid communication with the 3-way pressure regulator.
AUTOMATIC PRESSURE REGULATING VALVE FOR MULTIPLE LEVELS OF DRIVING AUTOMATION OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
An automatic pressure regulating valve for multiple levels of driving automation of a commercial vehicle includes an upper valve body, a lower valve body, a piston, a main valve core assembly, a switching valve, a quick-acting intake valve, and a quick-acting exhaust valve. The switching valve, the quick-acting intake valve and the quick-acting exhaust valve are all mounted at an upper end of the upper valve body. The piston is located in a chamber formed by the upper valve body and the lower valve body to divide the chamber into an upper control chamber and a lower chamber. The main valve core assembly is mounted in the lower valve body. The automatic pressure regulating valve is applicable to a commercial vehicle allowing for multiple levels of driving automation.
COUNTER PRESSURE VALVE ARRANGEMENT
A counter pressure valve arrangement for controlling a pressure level of a hydraulic fluid in a return line from a hydraulic actuator arrangement. The counter pressure valve arrangement comprises a counter pressure valve having: a moveable valve member; a counter pressure regulating port configured for being connected to the hydraulic actuator arrangement via the return line; a tank port configured for being connected to a tank or low pressure reservoir for storing low pressure hydraulic fluid; and a pump port configured for being connected to a source of pressurised hydraulic fluid. A first position of the valve member effects fluid communication between the pump port and the counter pressure regulating port for supplying pressurised hydraulic fluid to the return line, and a second position of the valve member effects fluid communication between the counter pressure regulating port and the tank port for discharging hydraulic fluid from the return line to the tank.
Capacity control valve and method for controlling same
A capacity control valve (1) includes a valve main body (10) having a first communication passage (11), a second communication passage (12), a third communication passage (13), and a main valve seat (15a), a valve element (20) having an intermediate communication passage (29), a main valve portion (21c), and an auxiliary valve portion (23d), a solenoid (30) that drives a rod (36) having an auxiliary valve seat (26c), and a first biasing member (43) that biases in the valve closing direction of the main valve portion (21c). The rod (36) is relatively moved with respect to the valve element (20) so as to open and close the auxiliary valve portion. The capacity control valve can efficiently discharge a liquid coolant irrespective of pressure of a suction chamber and lower drive force of a compressor at a liquid coolant discharging operation.
PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE WITH REDUCED PILOT FLOW AND HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM WITH THE SAME
A hydraulic valve comprises a proportional piloted valve that controls pressure and includes means for restricting pilot flow through the pilot flow passage. The means for restricting pilot flow defines a restriction in the pilot flow passage when a movable spool disposed in an axial bore of the body of the valve is in a neutral position. The restriction varies as a function of spool movement such that flow of hydraulic fluid through the pilot flow passage is variably restricted as a function of the position of the spool over its range of travel.
