Famor extension brake
I was training my teen student driver on the road when I came up with this brilliant yet innovative idea. It is very hard to control the vehicle by just merely yelling BRAKE to the student driver. It is unfair to other motorists the risk they are unknowingly taking without an absolute control of the vehicle of a professional driver who is just sitting on the passenger side. In view of this unsafe training condition, I designed and fabricated a Famor Extension Brake. It is a mechanical device that is easily installed on any motor vehicle without modifications. Using this device, the passenger can independently apply the brake to the vehicle when the driver fails to do so. These can be a student, old or destructed drivers.

Keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer
The keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer is for use with a keyboard sustain foot pedal. The stabilizer comprises a stabilizer base, a pedal-retention area for retaining the keyboard sustain foot pedal, a pair of sidewalls and an end-wall. The stabilizer base, the pair of sidewalls, the end-wall, and the pedal-retention area are made of one-piece of material. The keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer may be made of one-piece of material, the one-piece of material being a natural rubber, a synthetic rubber, or a blend of one or natural rubbers and one or more synthetic rubbers. The keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer has no moving parts. The top surface of the keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer has non-slipping properties and the underside of the device has non-skid properties. An opening for positioning a foot pedal cord is disposed in either an end-wall, a sidewall, or between the end-wall and a sidewall.

PEDAL APPARATUS
There is provided an inexpensive pedal device in a compact and simple configuration of the one-pedal scheme, wherein the pedal device may be attached to an existing brake pedal without remodeling the brake pedal, wherein the pedal device does not cause the pedal stepping surface to project toward a driver, wherein an accelerator and a brake are operable with the driver's right heel in contact with the floor, wherein upon braking the pedal device always operates toward a direction to close the accelerator, and wherein the pedal device allows some deviation of a pedal-stepping position. A pedal device, comprising: a frame consisting of a bracket attachable to an existing brake pedal, and a base projecting rightward from the bracket; an accelerator pad attached to an upper surface of the base so that the accelerator pad is smoothly slidable rightward and leftward through a slide mechanism provided on the upper surface of the base; and a transmission unit for transmitting a position of the accelerator pad to an accelerator device of a vehicle, wherein the base is sloped downward toward the bracket, wherein the accelerator pad is shaped so that its stepping surface is not higher than a stepping surface of the brake pedal when the accelerator pad is at its leftmost position, wherein the accelerator pad comprises a biasing unit for biasing the accelerator pad leftward, and wherein the base is provided on the bracket at an angle so that the right end of the base is closer to a driver.
Device convertible for operating brake and acceleration pedals of a vehicle by hands and legs
The present invention is a device convertible for operating a brake and acceleration pedals of a vehicle by hands for a disabled driver and by legs for a physically fit driver. Device includes brake and acceleration frames, brake and acceleration foldable rods, brake and acceleration extending levers. Brake and acceleration frames are fixedly connected to the respective brake and acceleration pedals and are defined with the respective brake and acceleration cavities. Brake and acceleration foldable rods are defined with respective brake and acceleration pivotal ends. Brake and acceleration extending levers are selectively connected and disconnected at distal end of respective brake and acceleration foldable rods. When disabled driver drive, brake and acceleration extending levers are connected to respective brake and acceleration foldable rods. When physically fit driver drive, brake and acceleration extending levers are disconnected from respective brake and acceleration foldable rods that rest in respective brake and acceleration cavities.
