IC TAG ISSUING APPARATUS AND SHIELD PLATE
In an IC tag issuing apparatus including a plurality of row antenna units arranged by facing the IC tags in multiple rows aligned as an IC tag continuous body in each row, respectively, and conducting communication in an electromagnetic induction method with each of the IC tags of the IC tag continuous body by using a plurality of the row antenna units, a plurality of the row antenna units are arranged in a row direction or in a direction along a conveyance direction of the IC tag continuous body, and each of the row antenna units is electromagnetically shielded except the position faced with the IC tags of the IC tag continuous body (by a shield plate and an antenna case).
DEVICE FOR TREATING SEVERAL SURFACES OF OBJECTS, AND CORRESPONDING TREATMENT METHOD
A device and method for treating several surfaces of objects, including treatment equipment for carrying out a treatment on a surface of an object; a shuttle having at least two locations configured to receive objects, which is mounted to as to be able to move between two positions, passing through intermediate positions in which the shuttle presents one surface of the objects to the treatment equipment; a first piece of handling equipment capable of placing an object in a first location when the shuttle is in its first position; a second piece of handling equipment configured to remove one object from the second location; and third piece of handling equipment configured to remove the object from the first location and turning it before placing the object in the second location.
Card printing mechanism with card return path
Card processing mechanisms and methods whereby after a card has been processed on one surface thereof at a card processing station such as, but not limited to, a card printing mechanism, the card can be recirculated back upstream of the card processing station along a return card travel path that is separate from the primary card travel path through the card processing station where the card can then be reintroduced back into the primary card travel path and transported through the card processing station a second time. As the card is being returned along the return card travel path, the card can be flipped over so that when the card is transported back through the card processing station, the opposite surface of the card can be processed.

CARD TRANSPORT UNIT
A card transport unit transports a card ejected one-by-one from a card housing section to a card processing section, and includes: a carriage that is moved in a carriage transport path provided between the card housing section and the card processing section; a contactless card reader that includes a contactless communication antenna making contactless communication with the card; and a support member that holds the contactless communication antenna at a position opposing the carriage transport path. The carriage includes a card transport mechanism that transports the card in a card transport direction intersecting a movement direction of the carriage, and the card transport mechanism includes a motor. The motor is arranged on an opposite side of the card, which is transported by the card transport mechanism, from the contactless communication antenna.
Control method of card issue device and card issue device
A control method of a card issue device may include a card direction determination step including taking the card into the card reader before the card is issued and determining a direction of the card; and a card issue step comprising issuing the card is executed based on the card direction determined in the card direction determination step.

Card printer alignment bracket
The disclosure describes a method for aligning a card on a printer belt. A printer includes the belt, a print unit having a head, and a card feeder having an alignment bracket. The card feeder deposits a card onto the belt along a processing axis in a first orientation. The belt moves the card away from the card feeder in a first direction. The card feeder is positioned in a second orientation where the alignment bracket aligns with the belt. The alignment bracket has a rear wall and a guide extending therefrom that align the card within the alignment bracket. The belt is overdriven in a second direction and the card moves into the alignment bracket for alignment. The belt then moves in the first direction and the card clears the alignment bracket. The card feeder is then positioned in a third orientation to allow printing with the head.
