SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MATCHING ELECTRONIC ACTIVITIES WITH RECORD OBJECTS BASED ON ENTITY RELATIONSHIPS
The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for matching electronic activities with record objects based on entity relationships. The method can include accessing a plurality of electronic activities, identifying an electronic activity, identifying a first participant associated with a first entity and a second participant associated with a second entity, determining whether a record object identifier is included in the electronic activity, identifying a first record object of the system of record that includes an instance of the record object identifier, and storing an association between the electronic activity and the first record object. The method can include determining a second record object corresponding to the second entity, identifying, using a matching policy, a third record object linked to the second record object and identifying a third entity, and storing, by the one or more processors, an association between the electronic activity and the third record object.
Replication of planned working time information
Technologies are described for replicating selected changes to planned working time from a first system, such as an HR system, to a second system, such as a payroll system. For example, upon receiving an indication of a change to a planned working time for one or more workers on one or more days, the first system can evaluate the change to determine whether it should be replicated to the second system. The determination can be based on whether the change is a temporary change, as well as based on information read from a data replication configuration object, a data replication period object, and/or an in-sync work schedule object. Upon determining that the change should be replicated to the second system, a data replication proxy object can be created based on the change and used to transmit data regarding the change for replication at the second system.
INTELLIGENT SCHEDULING ASSISTANT
A computer system is provided. The computer system includes a memory and at least one processor coupled to the memory and configured to determine meeting time preference data for one or more invitees to a meeting. The at least one processor is further configured to calculate a plurality of favorability scores wherein each of the favorability scores is associated with one of the invitees and with one of a plurality of proposed time periods for scheduling of the meeting, the calculation based on the meeting time preference data. The at least one processor is further configured to calculate an average of the favorability scores for each of the proposed time periods. The at least one processor is further configured to provide a one of the proposed time periods, that is associated with the highest of the average of the favorability scores, as a recommended meeting schedule time period.
SYSTEM FOR DETERMINING USER-CENTRIC TREATMENT DATA
A system relating to medical treatment, such as hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis, for determining user-centric treatment data includes a user device and a central device. The user device and the central device each include a wireless communication component. The wireless communication component of the central device and/or the wireless communication component of the user device is/are configured to distinguish between the user device being in a first location and the user device being in a second location, wherein the first location is associated with a treatment area and the second location is associated with a general purpose area. The user device and/or the central device is configured to determine, based on the user device being in the first location and/or the user device being in the second location, an overall treatment time and an overall spent time.
SYSTEM AND METHOD TO TRACK TIME AND ATTENDANCE OF AN INDIVIDUAL AT A WORKPLACE FOR A SCHEDULED WORKSHIFT
A system and method to track time and attendance of an individual at a workplace is provided. The system includes a location tracking system that detects a presence of a portable electronic device carried by the individual, a time clock system that records a registration time of the individual at the workplace, and a main controller. If the main controller receives an electronic communication indicative that the portable electronic device is at the workplace, and if the main controller does not detect recording of the individual registration time at the time clock system, and if the main controller detects a current time at or later than a start time of a scheduled work shift time period of the individual at the workplace, then main controller automatically causes an alert at the portable electronic device prompting the individual to transmit a feedback signal acknowledging need to record the registration time.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MACHINE LEARNING-INFORMED AUTOMATED RECORDING OF TIME ACTIVITIES WITH AN AUTOMATED ELECTRONIC TIME RECORDING SYSTEM OR SERVICE
A system and method for a machine learning-based automated electronic time recording for personnel includes identifying, via a scene capturing device, a representation of a time recording space; identifying a body having a time recording pose within the time recording space based on an assessment of the representation of the time recording space; extracting a plurality of distinct features from the representation of the time recording space based on identifying the body having the time recording pose; executing automated user-recognition based on the extracting of the plurality of distinct features; executing automated time recording recognition based on the extracting of the plurality of distinct features; and executing automated electronic time recording, via a time recording application based on the automated user-recognition and the automated time recording recognition.

METHOD, APPARATUS, COMPUTER PROGRAM AND COMPUTER RECORDABLE MEDIUM FOR DATABASE CONSTRUCTION
Method, apparatus, and computer recordable medium disclosed herein comprises, receiving a data used for database construction from a user, calculating a time-contribution by inputting time series information regarding order of received data from the user into a function having a higher contribution as the order of receiving time series information is earlier, calculating a data-contribution based on qualitative information or quantitative information included in the data, calculating a construction-contribution that the user contributed to construct database by reflecting the time-contribution to the data-contribution, and applying the construction-contribution to the user's identification information.
USER AVAILABILITY DETECTOR
Disclosed are various approaches for detecting user availability. A work pattern can be generated based upon user activity data taken from various sources. A work pattern can be provided to an email client or another requesting service for predicted availability of a user.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR LINKING DATA ENTRIES IN DATABASE SYSTEMS
Systems, methods, and devices for data ingestion, database management, and data security. A method includes storing a plurality of data entries in a project bucket on a database, wherein the plurality of data entries represents information applicable to a plurality of data units associated with a project. The method includes organizing at least a portion of the plurality of data units according to a polymorphous data schema. The method includes linking two or more data units of the plurality of data units to generate a project linkage. The method further includes restricting a user from removing only a portion of the project linkage from the project without first manually breaking the project linkage.
