MAGNETIC CORE OF AN ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLY
The invention relates to a magnetic core (1) of an electronic arrangement, comprising a center region (3), a base (4a), which is formed in the shape of a planar plate, and a cover (4b), wherein the center region (3) is arranged between the base (4a) and the cover (4b), wherein a through-opening (2) with a center line (X) is formed in the center region (3), wherein a first cross-sectional area (9) of the magnetic core (1) in a first section plane (6), which is parallel to the base (4a) and in which the center line (X) is located, is substantially equal to a second cross-sectional area (8) of the magnetic core (1) in a second section plane (7), which is perpendicular to the first section plane (6) and in which the center line (X) is located, and wherein the base (4a) and the cover (4b) protrude beyond the center region (3) in the direction of the center line (X) on at least two mutually opposing sides.
SPLIT WAVEGUIDE FILTER
A split waveguide filter is described. The split waveguide filter includes a first waveguide section having a first outer surface and a first inner surface and a second waveguide section having a second outer surface and a second inner surface. When the first waveguide section and the second waveguide section are mated together, the first inner surface and the second inner surface form a waveguide aperture. The split waveguide filter also includes a first collar clamp for securing a first portion of the mated first waveguide section and second waveguide section together; and a second collar clamp for securing a second portion of the mated first waveguide section and second waveguide section together.
Charger with nanocrystalline ferrite choke
A battery pack charging system includes a battery pack interface configured to receive a battery pack, a charging circuit coupled to the battery pack interface to provide charging current to the battery pack interface, and a controller coupled to the charging circuit and configured to control supply of charge current to the battery interface. The battery pack charging system further includes a power supply circuit coupled to the charging circuit, a filter circuit coupled to the power supply circuit and including a nanocrystalline ferrite common mode choke, and an alternating current plug configured to connect the filter circuit to an alternating current power source.
MAGNETIC CORE HOUSING AND NOISE REDUCTION DEVICE
A magnetic core housing capable of applying a sufficient force to a magnetic core is provided. A magnetic core housing according to an aspect of the disclosure includes first and second housings each capable of housing a core, a hinge configured to connect the first and second housings with each other so that they can be opened and closed with respect to each other, and a metal spring disposed in the first housing. The metal spring includes a planar part and a pair of spring parts, and also includes reinforcing means for preventing the planar part from being bent due to a force transmitted from the pair of spring parts when the core is housed in the first housing.
Inductor devices and implementations
According to one configuration, an inductor device includes a first electrically conductive path; a second electrically conductive path, the first electrically conductive path electrically isolated from the second electrically conductive path; first material, the first material operative to space the first electrically conductive path with respect to the second electrically conductive path; and second material. The second material has a substantially higher magnetic permeability than the first material. An assembly of the first electrically conductive path, the second electrically conductive path, and the first material resides in a core of the second material.
A MAGNETIC CORE DEVICE AND A POWER CONVERTER
The invention concerns a magnetic core device (1) to be used in a power converter (100), comprising at least one fixation leg (7), and a body (51) comprising a magnetic core (3). The at least one fixation leg (7) extends from the body (51), and is configured to firmly fixate the magnetic core device (1) to a target component (110) such as a housing (110) of the power converter (100). The at least one fixation leg (7) and the body (51) are integrally formed as one-piece.

Integrated magnetic core inductors on glass core substrates
A microelectronics package comprising a package core and an inductor over the package core. The inductor comprises a dielectric over the package core. The dielectric comprises a curved surface opposite the package core. At least one conductive trace is adjacent to the package core. The at least one conductive trace is at least partially embedded within the dielectric and extends over the package core. A magnetic core cladding is over the dielectric layer and at least partially surrounding the conductive trace.

Techniques and mechanisms for providing structures of a magnetic material based inductor. In an embodiment, an inductor comprises a body of a magnetic material, and a conductor which extends along a surface of the body. The body comprises a carrier material and magnetic filler particles distributed in the carrier material. A passivation material of the inductor is provided adjacent to the conductor and to surfaces of the filler particles. The conductor and the passivation material comprise different respective material compositions, wherein the passivation material comprises one of nickel, tin, copper, palladium, or gold. In another embodiment, the inductor is one of a plated through hole inductor type of a planar inductor type.
