A dielectric composition that contains a first complex oxide represented by (Bi.sub.xNa.sub.1−x)TiO.sub.3—CaTiO.sub.3 and having a perovskite structure as a main component; and at least one second complex oxide having a perovskite structure selected from the group consisting of BaZrO.sub.3, SrZrO.sub.3, CaZrO.sub.3, NaNbO.sub.3, and NaTaO.sub.3 as an auxiliary component. A tolerance factor t when the at least one second complex oxide is BaZrO.sub.3, NaNbO.sub.3, or NaTaO.sub.3 is 0.9016≤t≤0.9035, a tolerance factor t when the at least one second complex oxide is SrZrO.sub.3 is 0.9005≤t≤0.9025, and a tolerance factor t when the at least one second complex oxide is CaZrO.sub.3 is 0.9000 t<0.9020.

A ceramic electronic component includes a body, including a dielectric layer and an internal electrode. The dielectric layer includes a plurality of dielectric grains, and at least one of the plurality of dielectric grains has a core-dual shell structure having a core and a dual shell. The dual shell includes a first shell, surrounding at least a portion of the core, and a second shell, surrounding at least a portion of the first shell. The dual shell includes different types of rare earth elements R1 and R2, and R2.sub.S1/R1.sub.S1 is 0.01 or less and R2.sub.S2/R1.sub.S1 is 0.5 to 3.0, where R1.sub.S1 and R1.sub.S2 denote concentrations of R1 included in the first shell and the second shell, respectively, and R2.sub.S1 and R2.sub.S2 denote concentrations of R2 included in the first shell and the second shell, respectively.

BUSBAR STRUCTURE FOR CAPACITOR
The insulating member is integrated with only one of the busbars by insert molding in which one of opposing plate members in either one of the busbars is used as an insert target. The insulating member includes an insulation active portion, a reinforcing portion and a connecting portion. The insulation active portion is disposed on a back-surface side of one of the opposing plate portions and is interposed between the back-surface side and the other one of the opposing plate portions. The reinforcing portion is disposed on the front-surface side of the one of the opposing plate portions.
The connecting portion serves to connect the insulation active portion and the reinforcing portion into an integral unit. In the insulating member, lower end regions of the insulation active portion, reinforcing portion and connecting portion, which are close to the capacitor element and extending from an upper-surface side to a lower-surface side of a side plate portion, are embedded in a mold resin that covers the side plate portion.

A structural body that includes: a substrate; a plurality of fibrous materials, each of the plurality of fibrous material including a fibrous core material and a covering layer that covers the fibrous core material such that an exposed portion of the fibrous core material is formed at an end portion thereof; and an adhesive layer that bonds the substrate and the end portion of each of the plurality of fibrous materials to each other such that a boundary between the covering layer and the exposed portion is located inside the adhesive layer.

A ceramic electronic component includes a body including a dielectric layer and an internal electrode, and an external electrode disposed on the body and connected to the internal electrode. The dielectric layer includes a plurality of dielectric grains, and at least one of the plurality of dielectric grains has a core-dual shell structure having a core and a dual shell. The dual shell includes a first shell surrounding at least a portion of the core, and a second shell surrounding at least a portion of the first shell, and a concentration of a rare earth element included in the second shell is more than 1.3 times to less than 3.8 times a concentration of a rare earth element included in the first shell.
Dielectric ceramic composition and ceramic electronic component
A dielectric ceramic composition including a first component and a second component. The first component comprises an oxide of Ca of 0.00 mol % to 35.85 mol % an oxide of Sr of 0.00 mol % to 47.12 mol %, an oxide of Ba of 0.00 mol % to 51.22 mol %, an oxide of Ti of 0.00 mol % to 17.36 mol %, an oxide of Zr of 0.00 mol % to 17.36 mol %, an oxide of Sn of 0.00 mol % to 2.60 mol %, an oxide of Nb of 0.00 mol % to 35.32 mol %, an oxide of Ta of 0.00 mol % to 35.32 mol %, and an oxide of V of 0.00 mol % to 2.65 mol %. The second component includes (by mass) at least (a) an oxide of Mn of 0.005% to 3.500% and (b) one or both of an oxide of Cu of 0.080% to 20.000% and an oxide of Ru of 0.300% to 45.000%.

A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a multilayer body including dielectric layers and internal electrode layers laminated alternately on each other, and external electrode layers provided on opposing end surfaces of the multilayer body in a length direction orthogonal or substantially orthogonal to a lamination direction, and each connected with the internal electrode layers, in which the dielectric layers each include at least one of Ca, Zr, or Ti, the internal electrode layers each include Cu, and when a dimension in the lamination direction of the multilayer body is defined as T0, a dimension in the length direction of the multilayer body is defined as L0, and a dimension in a width direction orthogonal or substantially orthogonal to the lamination direction and the length direction is defined as W0, a relationship of L0<W0<T0 is satisfied.
MULTILAYER CERAMIC ELECTRONIC COMPONENT INCLUDING MULTILAYER EXTERNAL ELECTRODES
A multilayer ceramic electronic component includes a multilayer body and external electrodes provided on opposing end surfaces of the multilayer body. Each external electrode includes an underlying electrode layer including metal components and ceramic components, and plating layers on the underlying electrode layer. A metal of the plating layer on the underlying electrode layer diffuses into the underlying electrode layer, and exists at an interface where the metal components included in the underlying electrode layer are in contact with each other and an interface where the metal component and the ceramic component included in the underlying electrode layer are in contact with each other.
