Disclosed are a battery box, a battery cell, a battery, and a method and apparatus for preparing the battery box. The battery box includes a pressure relief region including a first recess arranged at an inner surface of the battery box and a second recess arranged at an outer surface of the battery box, the first recess being arranged opposite to the second recess, wherein a third recess is provided at a bottom wall of the first recess and/or a bottom wall of the second recess, and the pressure relief region is configured to fracture at the third recess, when an internal pressure of the battery box reaches a threshold, to relieve the internal pressure. According to the battery box, the battery cell, the battery, and the method and apparatus for preparing the battery box disclosed in the present application, the pressure relief region is easy to machine.
Information calculation system for battery degradation
An information calculation system acquires a battery load history of a secondary battery that has been used. The information calculation system calculates first degradation states of a plurality of battery constituent elements of the secondary battery, based on the battery load history acquired and a plurality of degradation factors related to each of the battery constituent elements. The information calculation system acquires estimated load information on a load that is estimated to act on the secondary battery when the secondary battery is used in a future application. The information calculation system calculates future second degradation states of the plurality of battery constituent elements of the secondary battery when the secondary battery is used in the future application, based on the first degradation states related to the battery constituent elements calculated, the estimated load information acquired, and the plurality of degradation factors related to the battery constituent elements.
BATTERY DEVICE
A battery apparatus includes: a plurality of battery cells; a battery management system (BMS) for managing the plurality of battery cells; and a connection controller for sequentially connecting the plurality of battery cells to the BMS, and the connection controller connects a corresponding battery cell to the BMS according to a potential of a lower battery cell and a potential of the corresponding battery cell.
METHOD FOR REPLACING RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
A method is for replacing a rechargeable battery that is considered as an unsatisfactory rechargeable battery that needs replacing in an assembled battery in which rechargeable batteries are stacked and restrained in a row and electrically connected in series or in parallel. The method includes removing of finding at least one of the rechargeable batteries to be an unsatisfactory rechargeable battery in the assembled battery and removing the unsatisfactory rechargeable battery, and installing a satisfactory rechargeable battery, which has little deterioration, on at least one end of the row of the rechargeable batteries, in a row direction, in the assembled battery from which the unsatisfactory rechargeable battery has been removed.
