BATTERY PACK
A battery pack is provided. The battery pack including a plurality of battery cells; a cell holder including a peripheral wall and a plurality of cell storage units; and a plurality of ribs integrally molded with the cell holder between the peripheral wall of the cell holder and the cell storage unit.
BATTERY ENCLOSURE FOR STERILIZEABLE SURGICAL TOOLS HAVING THERMAL INSULATION
A battery pack assembly or enclosure comprises one or more batteries having an electrochemical cell and an enclosure having at least an outer wall configured to create a sealed volume of space substantially around the batteries. An atmosphere of the volume of space comprises gas having a thermal conductivity less than 0.018 watts per meter per degree Celsius. This atmosphere of gas provides an insulative layer between the outer wall of the enclosure and the batteries. With this insulative layer, the battery pack assembly can be subjected to autoclaving without damaging the batteries. The battery pack assembly can be used to power surgical tools or other devices that are subjected to autoclaving.
MODULAR BATTERY PACK
Embodiments of the present invention relate to modular devices. The modular device comprises an enclosure having a main body and an extending member. A battery positioned at least within the main body. The extending member includes a coupling element. The coupling element is designed to provide electrical communication with another extending member when the extending member and the other extending member are in communication with each other. The coupling element is designed to provide structural support when in communication with the other extending member. The coupling element is in electrical communication with the battery. The modular device is designed in a manner to couple with another modular device via the coupling element.
UV COATING FOR DIELECTRIC INSULATION
A UV curable dielectric coating is described. The curable coating can include one of more acrylate monomers, a urethane prepolymer, a crosslinker, at least one adhesion promoter, a photoinitiator, and optionally one or more fillers and/or additives. The coating can be used to insulate battery cells and battery packs, such as those used in electric vehicles. The coatings can be easily applied and quickly cured. The cured coatings can have high adhesion strength, even after exposure to wet conditions.
Battery cassette
A battery cassette is disclosed. The battery cassette may include a frame including one or more hollow tubes. The battery cassette may further include a seal component having one or more hollow tubes aligned with the hollow tubes of the frame. The frame and the seal component may be configured to receive one or more battery cells in the hollow tubes.

COMPOSITE COVER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE COVER
A composite cover includes a generally rectangular main portion having four main portion edges about a perimeter of the main portion and having opposing top and bottom surfaces defining respective upward and downward directions, and four generally rectangular side portions each contiguous with and extending downward from a respective one of the main portion edges. The main portion and the four side portions generally enclose an interior space and are made of a sandwich structure comprising an interior layer of continuous fiber reinforcements and resin and an exterior layer of metallic foil bonded to the interior layer. A method of manufacturing the cover, having a desired shape generally of a five-walled open box, includes attaching a formed sheet made of metallic foil and having the desired shape onto a shaped composite preform disposed in the desired shape, wherein the shaped composite preform is made of continuous fiber reinforcements and resin.

BATTERY ENCLOSURE
A battery enclosure and method for manufacturing the same from organosheet materials. The battery enclosure includes a top cover with crossbeams integrated therein by overmolding that secures to a bottom panel to enclose a space for containing components of a battery. The bottom panel includes overmolded structural ribs to provide strength and rigidity to the bottom panel. An outer cover removably secure the top cover to the bottom panel and includes a honeycomb structure to crush upon impact and protect the battery components. The method comprises forming each of the components of the battery enclosure from a mixture of organosheets, reinforcing members, and overmolded elements to reduce the weight and complexity of manufacturing for the battery enclosure.
COMPARTMENT FOR EQUIPMENT LIKELY TO EMIT HEAT
The invention relates to a compartment for equipment likely to emit heat during its operation, in particular for a device for storing electrical energy for a motor vehicle, said compartment having at least one cooling plate arranged to have a cooling fluid flowing through it and arranged to cool said equipment. The compartment further includes an upper housing arranged to accommodate said electrical equipment, and a lower housing, in which at least one fluid connection element is placed in order to supply the cooling plate with fluid, the lower and upper housing being isolated from each other in a fluidly sealed manner.
