At least one of the terminals of the electronic component is directly connected to the conductor portion, and is configured to be electrically connected to the electrode portion through the conductor portion.
Connector and electronic device comprising same
According to one embodiment, an electronic device includes: a housing; a first electronic component inside the housing; a second electronic component arranged inside the housing and spaced apart from the first electronic component; a female connector electrically connected to the second electronic component, the female connector comprising multiple conductive pins; a male connector electrically connected to the first electronic component and configured to contact at least some of the multiple conductive pins of the female connector, the male connector comprising a base film, a conductive layer formed on one surface of the base film, and an adhesive layer formed on the back surface of the base film, thereby forming a lamination structure; and multiple reinforcement members provided on at least one of one surface of the base film and the back surface thereof so as to form a peripheral portion of the lamination structure.
Electrical assembly
An electrical assembly having a housing with a housing pot and a housing cover closing the housing pot and at least two connection terminals provided for the electrical connection of the assembly. The connection terminals each comprise a base plate, a clamping plate, which can be arranged on the base plate, for clamping at least one electrical conductor between the base plate and the clamping plate, a contact pin protruding into the housing pot, and a screw for fastening the clamping plate to the base plate. The housing pot is a hollow cylinder with a closed bottom and the electrical connection terminals are arranged along an imaginary circular line on the housing. The base plates and/or the clamping plates each have a trapezoidal base area.
Method, system and devices for interconnecting a plurality of devices
An electrical connector is disclosed that includes an insulative housing having a mating face at one end, a rear face at another end, a mating slot at the mating face for receiving a complementary connector, a first set of contacts mounted in a first set of channels incorporated at a top of the insulative housing and a second set of contacts mounted in a second set of channels incorporated at a bottom of the insulative housing, and a shielding device located between the first set of contacts and the second set of contacts.
BASE STRIP FOR CONNECTION TO A PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
A base strip for connection to a printed circuit board includes a first side wall that extends lengthwise along a longitudinal direction; a second side wall that extends lengthwise along the longitudinal direction and that is at a distance from the first side wall along a crosswise direction that is oriented crosswise to the longitudinal direction, so that, between the side walls, a receiving space is formed into which one or more plug-in elements can be inserted in the insertion direction; and a base that connects the first side wall and the second side wall to each other and that has a plurality of receiving openings to-receive electric contact elements. The center of gravity of the base strip corresponds to the geometric center of gravity of an imaginary cuboid that envelops the base strip.
High speed electrical connector with improved EMI suppression and mechanical retention shield
The embodiments of the present invention provide a shielded connector having improved shielding effectiveness to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI). Some of the various embodiments provide high-speed electrical connectors capable of carrying gigabyte data rate signals. The shielding may employ, among other things, one or more shielding structures to reduce the EMI associated with these and other signals. The shielding structures may be oriented to reduce or limit the apertures within the connector through which EMI can penetrate. For example, some embodiments for a universal serial bus (USB) connector may support both a USB 3.0 and USB 2.0. For these embodiments, a grounding tab or peg may be placed in the rear of the connector between the USB 3.0 and the USB 2.0 connections to divide the aperture for the port into a plurality of sections. The grounding tab or peg may also serve as a structural support for the connector.
Press-fit terminal
A press-fit terminal includes a press-fit portion to be inserted into a through hole of a circuit board. The press-fit portion includes a plurality of protruding portions extending outward from a cross-sectional center of the press-fit portion, and a distance between an outer edge of each of the protruding portions and the cross-sectional center is continuously decreased toward the distal end of the press-fit portion.
CONTACTING ARRANGEMENT BETWEEN A STATOR AND A CIRCUIT BOARD
A stator for an electric motor, connected to a circuit board, comprising a stator housing in which several winding arrangements consisting of winding wires wound to form coils are arranged. Contact support receptacles are formed on the stator housing, in which, in each case, an insulation displacement contact element is introduced, which establishes an electrical contact between, in each case, a winding arrangement and a jumper wire on the circuit board.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION SYSTEM FOR CONNECTING A PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD TO A PLUG CONNECTOR BY WAY OF AN ELECTICAL CONNECTION DEVICE
An electrical connection device for connecting a plug, preferably a HV pin header, to a printed circuit board in a motor vehicle, having the following: at least one first electrical connection-device for contacting at least one assigned plug-connector contact; at least one second electrical connection-device contact for contacting at least one assigned printed-circuit-board contact wherein at least one first connection-device contact at least one second connection-device contact are connected to one another, wherein the electrical connection device is configured in such a manner that at least one printed-circuit-board contact is able to be selectively connected to assigned plug-connector contacts which differ in terms of the relative disposal thereof in relation to the printed-circuit-board contact and/or differ from one another in that said plug-connector contacts are a component part of plug connectors which differ from one another in terms of the configuration of the respective plug-connector contacts thereof.
SOCKET FOR ELECTRIC COMPONENT
A socket for an electric component includes a socket body in which a contact pin is provided in a housing part and a cover member provided so as to be rotatable with respect to the socket body. The cover member has a cover member body and a heat slug in contact with an electric component. The heat slug is configured so as to move downward and press the electric component by being pressed from above by a cooling head in a state in which the cover member is closed. In a state in which the electric component is housed in the housing part, a restricting mechanism allows the downward movement of the heat slug, whereas in a state in which the electric component is not housed in the housing part, the restricting mechanism prevents the downward movement of the heat slug.
