CONNECTOR
A connector is provided with a connecting member including a contact point portion, a housing for holding the connecting member and a protecting member displaceable with respect to the connecting member to a protection position for protecting the contact point portion and a connection position for bringing the contact point portion into contact with a circuit board. The housing includes a lock portion for holding the protecting member at the protection position.
CARD EDGE CONNECTOR
A card edge connector includes: a housing including a board accommodation space and a connection terminal including a resilient contact piece configured to contact a circuit board inserted into the board accommodation space, the connection terminal being mounted into the housing. The connection terminal is movable between a connection position where the resilient contact piece is in contact with a surface of the circuit board and a retraction position where the resilient contact piece is separated from the circuit board. A first interference preventing portion and a second interference preventing portion are formed between a moving path of the resilient contact piece and the board accommodation space. The first interference preventing portion and the second interference preventing portion restrict the interference of the resilient contact piece and an inserting end part of the circuit board inserted into the board accommodation space in a moving process of the connection terminal.
TERMINAL FITTING
It is aimed to prevent a reduction in connection reliability. A terminal fitting is to be mounted into a housing having a board accommodation space and is provided with a connection terminal including a resilient contact piece to be brought into contact with a circuit board inserted into the board accommodation space and a protection terminal separate from the connection terminal and attached to the connection terminal. The connection terminal is movable with respect to the protection terminal between a protection position where the resilient contact piece is accommodated in the protection terminal and a connection position where the resilient contact piece is exposed to outside of the protection terminal to be contactable with the circuit board.
CONNECTORS WITH AUDIBLE FEEDBACK AND CONTACT PROTECTION
Connector receptacles that can provide audible feedback to inform a user that a card has been properly inserted, and can include structures to protect contacts in a connector receptacle from damage due to an improper card insertion. An example can provide a connector receptacle having a click module to provide audible feedback indicating that a card has been fully inserted. Another example can provide a connector receptacle having movable contacts that can remain out of an insertion path until the card is at least partially inserted.

Data signal transmission connector
Provided is a data signal transmission connector configured to electrically connect a first electronic component and a second electronic component includes a first base frame and a second base frame having a structure which are mirror-symmetrical, the first base frame and the second base frame being disposed to face each other and to be spaced apart from each other.
CONNECTOR AND DEVICE
In order to reduce the probability that an electrode of a connector and a terminal part of a printed substrate are broken, this connector is provided with openings including a void, respectively, in at least one of surfaces perpendicular to generating lines of two prismatic surfaces facing each other with the void therebetween and having parallel generating lines, and at least one of surfaces parallel to the generating lines, and is equipped with: a first member which is disposed in the void, and performs a first movement that is a movement in a direction parallel to the generating lines; a second member which, following the first member, performs a second movement that is a movement in a direction corresponding to the direction of the movement of the first member between respectively predetermined first point and second point.
PLUG CONNECTOR AND CONNECTOR SET
A plug connector of the present disclosure includes a plug housing and a plurality of plug terminals stored in the plug housing. This plug connector is fitted in a receptacle connector having a receptacle terminal, and is connected to a cable having a sheet shape and including a cable terminal, thereby establishing electrical connection between the receptacle terminal and the cable terminal. Each of the plug terminals has a contact section and a connection section. The contact section is contactable with the receptacle terminal, and the connection section is connectable to the cable terminal. In a state in which the plug connector is fitted in the receptacle connector, the connection section is disposed such that the connection section is exposed from the plug housing.
