Temporary Header Retention Feature

An electrical header for mounting to an object such as an electrical device. The header comprises a body including a base, a first plug end defined on a first side of the base and adapted to mate with a mating connector, and a second plug end defined on a second side of the base and adapted to be inserted into the object. An elastic locking element is arranged on the second plug end and is adapted to engage with and secure the header to the object. The elastic locking element is sized and shaped to be elastically biased by the object in a direction transverse to an insertion direction of the header during removal of the header from the object.

CONNECTOR

{Problem} To provide a connector which includes two or more predetermined standard connectors and is capable of securely absorbing deviation in a position and a posture of the two or more predetermined standard connectors during mounting thereof.

{Solution to Problem} A connector including a plurality of predetermined standard connectors 2a, 2b which connects with a partner connector; and covers 4, 5 having a first opening portion covering the plurality of predetermined standard connectors and allowing an engagement portion to be exposed, the engagement portion to be engaged with the partner connector of the predetermined standard connector, in which between an outer wall portion 33a of the predetermined standard connector and a wall portion forming the first opening portion, a predetermined space is formed such that the predetermined standard connector can move relative to the cover on a cross plane crossing an engagement direction of engagement with the partner connector, and a first control portion which controls, with respect to the first opening portion, at least either one of a position and a posture of at least one of the predetermined standard connectors.

Connector

A connector (10) includes a housing (20) with terminal holding portions (20A to 20D) and terminal fittings (60) in the respective terminal holding portions (20A to 20D). Each terminal fitting (60) includes a terminal main body (62A to 62D) having an annular portion (61A to 61 D) arranged substantially along a front-back direction. A wire connecting portion (63A to 63D) is connected to a rear end of the terminal main body (62A to 62D) and is connectable to a wire (W). The terminal holding portion (20A to 20D) includes a holding main body (21A to 21D) configured so that the annular portion (61A to 61D) is to be fit thereto, and a protecting portion (22A to 22D) intersecting with and integrally connected to a rear end of the holding main body (21A to 21D) and arranged to cover the wire connecting portion (63A to 63D) from the front and/or behind.

Housing device for an electrical connection terminal and electrical connection terminal

A housing device for an electrical connection terminal has a terminal housing and latching systems with two latching units interacting with one another, wherein one latching unit is a latching arm connected to the terminal housing and extending out away from the terminal housing, and the second latching unit is a latching connector for interacting with the latching arm for latching. The latching connector has a latching body with a wedge-like shape in a latching direction, along a movement of the two latching units during latching. A latching toothed portion is provided on at least one transverse surface of a first of the two latching units and a meshing unit is provided on transverse surfaces of a second of the two latching units. The latching toothed portion and the meshing unit mesh with one another so as to latch in order to latch the latching units interacting with one another.

MOUNTING BRACKET ASSEMBLY FOR FIXING CHARGING SOCKET AND CHARGING SOCKET ASSEMBLY

The present application provides a mounting bracket assembly for fixing a charging socket and a charging socket assembly. The mounting bracket assembly has a mounting frame and a locking member. The mounting frame defines an installation region configured for receiving the charging socket, and provided with a connection structure configured for installing the locking member. The locking member and the connection structure are movably connected between the pre-locking position and the final-locked position. When the locking member and the connection structure are connected to each other at the pre-locking position, the charging socket is receivable within the installation region of the mounting frame. After the charging socket is received in the installation region, the locking member is moved from the pre-locking position to the final-locked position, and the charging socket is detachably fixed in the installation region. The mounting bracket assembly or the charging socket assembly provided by the present application simplifies working procedures and effectively improves working efficiency.
