20210013640 · 2021-01-14 · ·

A conductor connection terminal, having an insulating material housing, a busbar, a clamping spring and an operating lever which is pivotably received in the insulating material housing over a pivoting range and can be pivoted between an open position and a closed position, wherein the clamping spring has an operating arm which is deflected via a spring driver of the operating lever at least in the open position, characterized in that the operating lever is supported in the open position at a first and a second support point spaced from the first, and that the operating lever is pulled against the first and the second support point by a tensile force of the clamping spring acting on the spring driver from the operating arm.

Clamping spring-type contact device having an overstretch prevention mechanism, and plug connector insert having at least one such clamping spring-type contact device

Disclosed is an overstretch prevention mechanism for a clamping spring (3) of a clamping spring-type contact device, the overstretch prevention mechanism consisting of a stop (21, 11) of an actuator (2) on a bus bar (1).

CONDUCTOR CONNECTING MODULE

A conductor connecting module including an insulating housing and a contact insert arranged in the insulating housing. The contact insert having a busbar and a clamping spring. A contact element having a solder connection contact surface is arranged on the busbar and the solder connection contact surface is able to be soldered on a printed circuit board. The busbar a frame-shaped busbar that has a contact section and a holding section, which are formed opposite each other. The contact section and the holding section are connected to each other via a connecting section. The clamping spring has a contact leg for contact with the holding section and a clamping leg, the clamping leg and the contact section forming a clamping point for the electrical conductor to be clamped. At least one contact element is arranged on the holding section and/or on the connecting section and/or on the contact section.

Terminal block

A terminal block includes an insulating casing defining a recess receiving a conductive bar and a retaining spring. The conductive bar includes a base portion, a support leg attached to the base portion and a cooperating leg attached to the base portion. In a mounted position of the conductive bar and the retaining spring within the recess, the support leg engages with a support part of the retaining spring, and the cooperating leg is positioned to engage with a conductor inserted into a plug of the terminal block.

Contacting device for contacting an electrical conductor to an electrical conductor path

A contacting device for bringing an electrical conductor into contact with an electrical conductor path includes a housing having a first opening for inserting the electrical conductor into a cavity in the housing and a second opening for inserting the electrical conductor path into the cavity in the housing, and a bow collector including a first portion, which is arranged in the cavity in the housing, and a second portion. The bow collector is designed such that the electrical conductor can be pressed against the electrical conductor path by the first portion of the bow collector after the electrical conductor and electrical conductor path have been inserted into the cavity in the housing, as a result of which the electrical conductor is retained on the electrical conductor path in a clamping position so as to be in contact with the electrical conductor path.

Electrical wiring devices with screwless connection terminals

Electrical wiring devices that incorporate clamp-type wire terminal connections are described. The electrical wiring devices include for example, single and duplex blade-type electrical receptacles, blade-type locking electrical receptacles, single or multi-pole electrical switches, combination switches and blade-type receptacles, blade-type plugs for electrical cords and blade-type connectors for electrical cords. The electrical wiring devices include a plurality of contact assemblies. Each contact assembly includes a wire terminal and a plunger.

Electric cable connection system

In order to make a cable connection system particularly reliable to operate and compact, an actuator (1) is provided with a rib (123) that is located at an end, guides the actuator along sliding edges (243) of the busbar (2, 2) and actuates a clamping leg (33) of a V-shaped clamping spring (3, 3). This reduces friction and creates space for a collar (613, 613) of the cable (6) at the cable connection end of the rib (123).

METAL LEAF SPRING STRUCTURE OF ELECTRICAL CONNECTION TERMINAL

A metal leaf spring structure of electrical connection terminal includes a main body. The main body has a base section defined with a first end and a second end. The first end is connected with a first section and a locating section. The second end is connected with a bight section and a reciprocally movable second section. The locating section is positioned in the reciprocally moving path of the second section to setup a moving endpoint of the second section. The metal leaf spring structure of electrical connection terminal improves the shortcomings of the conventional metal leaf spring that the conductive wire cannot be plugged into the terminal by a precise angle so that the metal leaf spring is over-bent to affect the pressing and securing effect.

A metal leaf spring protection structure of electrical connection terminal includes a main body having a base section defined with a first end and a second end. The first end is connected with a first section and a locating section. The second end is connected with a bight section and a second section. The locating section has a head section and a tail section. The tail section extends to a position of the bight section to form a hook-like structure for providing an elastic action force and a support system. The locating section is positioned in the reciprocally moving path of the second section to set up a moving end point of the second section to improve the shortcomings of the conventional metal leaf spring that when plugging in the conductive wire, the metal leaf spring is over-bent to affect the pressing and securing effect.
