Electrical contact limiter structure of wire connection terminal
An electrical contact limiter structure of wire connection terminal has a simplified structure and is easy to operate to enhance the stability of the operation and motion of a metal leaf spring. The wire connection terminal includes conductive components mounted in the insulation case and electrical contact assembled with the conductive components. The electrical contact has a limiter for receiving the metal leaf spring and restricting moving path thereof. The limiter is partitioned into at least one space. A limitation mechanism is assembled with the limiter. The metal leaf spring is mounted in the space. The wiring circuits or conductive wires coming from an apparatus can be easily directly plugged into the space of the limiter to insert with the metal leaf spring. The limiter and the limitation mechanism cooperatively prevent the metal leaf spring from being deflected and over-bent and damaged in operation.

Push wire connectors
Configurations for push wire connectors and for electrical wiring devices that mate with or connect to the push wire connectors are disclosed. The push wire connectors have a housing and one or more contact assembly positioned within the housing. Each contact assembly has one or more contact openings to allow wires to pass through, and the housing has one or more wire entry openings that are angled so that wires that pass through the wire openings and the contact openings before engaging the contact assembly are angled.

The invention relates to a transformer terminal comprising: an insulating housing which has an integrally designed main body (1) and a cover (2) which can be detachably mounted on the main body (1); a mounting device which is formed on the insulating housing and is designed to mount the insulating housing on a transformer, a first electrical conductor connection (4) for a first potential, comprising a first electrical connection assembly (8) having a first bus bar (8a); a first spring-force clamping connection which is formed on first bus bar (8a) and is designed to clamp a first conductor for electrical connection to the first bus bar (8a); and a first winding wire connection (8c) for electrically connecting a first winding wire of the transformer to the bus bar (8a), the first winding wire connection (8c) being integrally moulded on the first bus bar (8a); and a second electrical conductor connection (5) for a second potential, which is different from the first potential, the first and second electrical conductor connections (4, 5) being electrically insulated from one another, the second electrical conductor connection comprising a second electrical connection assembly (9) tuning a second bus bar (9a); a second spring-force clamping connection (9b) which is formed on the second bus bar (9a) and is designed to clamp a second conductor for electrical connection to the second bus bar (9a); and a second winding wire connection (9c) for electrically connecting a second winding wire (9c) of the transformer to the bus bar (9a), the second winding wire connection (9c) being integrally moulded on the second bus bar (9a). The first electrical connection assembly (8) is arranged in a first installation space which is formed on the main body (1) in the region of a lateral face and has a first mounting opening toward said lateral face, and the second electrical connection assembly (9) is arranged in a second installation space (10b) which is formed on the main body (1) in the region of an opposite lateral face and has a second mounting opening (19b) toward said lateral face, the second installation space being separated front the first installation space.
Terminal block
A terminal block includes an insulating casing defining a recess receiving a conductive bar and a retaining spring. The conductive bar includes a base portion, a support leg attached to the base portion and a cooperating leg attached to the base portion. In a mounted position of the conductive bar and the retaining spring within the recess, the support leg engages with a support part of the retaining spring, and the cooperating leg is positioned to engage with a conductor inserted into a plug of the terminal block.
ELECTRICAL TERMINAL AND METHOD
A connection terminal for connecting at least one electrical conductor includes: a clamping element which is arranged on a receiving element so as to be able to pivot about a shaft between an open position and a clamping position, the clamping element forming, together with a contact element, a clamping point for the electrical conductor; and an actuating arm for receiving an actuating tool, a first free limb of the actuating arm being pivotally arranged on the clamping element so as to be spaced apart from the shaft thereof such that, by pivoting the actuating arm using the actuating tool, the clamping element is able to shift from the open position into the clamping position and vice versa.
