Wiring structure
A wiring structure includes: multiple wiring modules configured to be installed on a rail that extends in a predetermined first direction, so as to be adjacent to one another along the rail by being placed on the rail from the side of a second direction orthogonal to the first direction; an IO unit configured to be attached to the plurality of wiring modules from the second direction side to thereby be electrically connected to the multiple wiring modules. In each of the multiple wiring modules, a lead wire extending in a third direction that intersects the first direction and the second direction, from a first face of the wiring module that lies on the third direction side, is connected to the wiring module.
TERMINAL BLOCK AND CONTROL DEVICE
A terminal block attachable to a control device includes a main body including a wiring connection part to which wiring is connected, a first rotation mechanism unit arranged at a first end in a first direction of the main body, and a second rotation mechanism unit arranged at a second end in the first direction of the main body. The first rotation mechanism unit and the second rotation mechanism unit are configured that the main body is rotatable about an imaginary straight line extending along the first direction with respect to the control device. The wiring connection part is arranged at an end of the main body in a radial direction with respect to the imaginary straight line.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION TERMINAL WITH A TWO-PART OPERATING ELEMENT
An electrical connection terminal includes: a connection terminal housing having a conductor insertion opening; a busbar arranged in the connection terminal housing; a spring element rotatably mounted in the connection terminal housing and pivotable into an open position and into a closed position, a conductor inserted into the conductor insertion opening being clampable against the busbar by the spring element in the closed position; and an actuation element rotatably mounted in the connection terminal housing and by which the spring element can be actuated for transfer into the open position and into the closed position. The actuation element includes a base body, which has a tool insertion opening, and an actuation arm. The base body and the actuation arm are formed in two parts, the actuation arm being formed pivotally movable relative to the base body.
TERMINAL CONNECTING MECHANISM AND SWITCH
A terminal connecting mechanism includes a plate spring, an insulating housing having an accommodating portion to accommodate a fixed portion and an elastic portion of the plate spring, and a terminal electrode portion disposed in the accommodating portion. The accommodating portion includes a first opening to allow a conductor portion of an electric wire to be inserted into the accommodating portion, an electric wire insertion guide wall disposed from the first opening along an insertion direction of the electric wire, to guide the conductor portion, an inclined wall facing the electric wire insertion guide wall and being inclined toward the electric wire insertion guide wall along the insertion direction of the electric wire, wherein the fixed portion is fixed to the inclined wall, and a second opening to allow a jig to be inserted into the accommodating portion, thereby canceling contact between the elastic portion and the conductor portion.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BOX AND WIRE HARNESS
An electrical connection box applied to a wire harness includes a casing that includes an accommodating space that is formed therein and that accommodates an electronic component, and a guiding space that is partitioned horizontally lateral to the accommodating space therein via a partition wall, and that extends in a vertical direction and guides water entered therein to a vertically downside. The casing includes a water-preventing rib that is provided in the guiding space, and that guides water guided to the vertically downside in the guiding space, in a direction of avoiding from an avoidance target portion that is positioned vertically below the guiding space.
Terminal storage portion securing terminals within a housing
[Problem] To allow a plurality of connection terminals to be reliably arranged in a storage case, and the storage case to be placed into a housing. [Means for Resolution] A storage case 1 has a storage portion 2 in which female connection terminals T including connection portions at front ends are arranged in parallel along storage grooves 2d, and a cover 3 that covers the storage portion 2, and tubular temporarily storing portions 2i for inserting tips of connection portions Ta of the female connection terminals T for temporary storage are provided at the fronts of the respective storage grooves 2d.
Terminal with Release Lever
The present invention relates to a terminal (1) with a spring force terminal connection (2) with at least one conductor terminal point (K), an insulating material housing (6), a conductor introduction channel (60), and a release lever (5). The release lever (5) is mounted in the insulating material housing (6) pivotably about a pivot axis (A) extending transverse to a conductor introduction direction (E) of an electric conductor between an idle position with closed conductor terminal point (K) and an actuating position with opened conductor terminal point (K). The release lever (5) has two lever arm portions (50) which are spaced apart from one another and which are immersed on both sides of the conductor introduction channel (60) at least partially into the insulating material housing (6). The lever arm portions (50) have in each case a guide portion (53) which face one another and form between them at least a part of the conductor introduction channel (60). The guide portions (53) in the idle position and/or in the actuating position, as seen in the conductor introduction direction, run toward the conductor terminal point (K) in a manner which narrows the conductor introduction channel (60).
Electric Connection Assembly, Control Cabinet And Robot System
An electric connection assembly for a control cabinet, the electric connection assembly including a base body having an opening structure; an electric connector for connection to a plurality of external electric cables, the connector being connected to the base body and aligned with the opening structure; and a support structure including a rail for supporting a plurality of electric connection terminals, the support structure being connected to the base body opposite to the connector. A control cabinet for an industrial robot including an electric connection assembly is also provided. A robot system including an industrial robot, a control cabinet and a plurality of external electric cables connected to the industrial robot and to the connector is also provided.
RAIL HOLDING STRUCTURE OF RAIL TERMINAL
A rail holding structure of rail terminal includes a case body and a grounding member received in the case body. Two lateral sides of the grounding member are connected in the case body for holding a preset grounding rail. The case body is formed with two lower sections respectively corresponding to two sides of the grounding member. A foot section extends from at least one of the two lower sections. A first connection side and a second connection side are disposed on two lateral sides of the foot section. The first and second connection sides are connected with an outer sidewall of the lower section to form a socket with an open top side. A tool can be extended into the socket to pull and extend the foot section. Via the lower section, the grounding member is driven to detach from the grounding rail or hold the grounding rail.
