MICROCONTROLLER-BASED MULTIFUNCTIONAL ELECTRONIC SWITCH
A microcontroller based multifunctional electronic switch using a detection circuit design to convert external control signal into message carrying sensing signal readable to the microcontroller. Based on a time length of sensing signal and a format of the sensing signal received in a preset instant period of time the microcontroller through the operation of its software program codes is able to recognize working modes chosen by the external control signal generated by user, and thereby selecting appropriate loops of subroutine for execution. The system and method of the present invention may simultaneously be applicable to detection circuit design using infrared ray sensor, electrostatic induction sensor, conduction based touch sensor or push button sensor for performing multifunctions such as controlling on/off switch performance, diming or speed control and delay timer management within the capacity of a single lighting load or an electrical appliance.
CHARGE SENSITIVE AMPLIFIER CIRCUIT FOR SENSOR FRONTEND
A charge sensitive amplifier circuit for sensor frontend comprises an input node to be connected to a sensor to receive an input charge, and an output node to be connected to a charge conversion circuit. The charge sensitive amplifier circuit comprises a first transfer switch located between the input node and the output node to transfer the input charge to the output node. The charge sensitive amplifier circuit further comprises a second transfer switch located in parallel to the first transfer switch between the input node and the output node to transfer the input charge to the output node.
Switch device
A switch device includes an operating knob on which a tilting operation is performed, a detected portion that tilts with the tilting operation of the operating knob, a detection portion that detects movement of the detected portion, and a substrate on which the detection portion is arranged. The detection portion is aligned in an in-plane direction of the substrate and performs a switching operation upon detection of movement of the detected portion in the in-plane direction.
A SENSING SYSTEM
A sensing system comprising an emitter configured to emit electromagnetic radiation, a detector configured to detect electromagnetic radiation and an electronic component configured to interact with a circuitry of the sensing system. The electronic component is located at least partially between the emitter and the detector. The electronic component reduces an amount of electromagnetic radiation propagating from the emitter to the detector. The electronic component advantageously reduces the unwanted detection of electromagnetic radiation that would otherwise propagate directly from the emitter to the detector without leaving the sensing system, thereby reducing a measurement noise and improving an accuracy of the sensing system. The sensing system may form part of a time-of-flight sensing system or a proximity sensing system. The sensing system may form part of an electronic device such as a mobile phone.
INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, AND PROGRAM
An information processing method, which is executed by a computer, includes detecting a first state in which an object is separated from an operation surface by a prescribed distance. detecting a second state in which the object comes in contact with the operation surface after the first state is detected. executing a first process which includes reading data from a first storage device and loading, into a second storage device, the data that are read, in response to the detecting of the first state, and executing a second process with respect to the data loaded into the second storage device, in response to the detecting of the second state.
