SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A MULTI-CHANNEL NOTIFICATION SERVICE
A method for a communication platform includes receiving configuration data associated with an account, the configuration data identifying a plurality of communication endpoints of a plurality of users to receive messages of the entity. The method also includes receiving a request associated with the account of the entity to transmit one or more messages of the entity to a set of communication endpoints of the plurality of communication endpoints, and identifying, based on the request, one or more orchestration rules of the plurality of orchestration rules. The method further includes determining, based on the configuration data associated with the account of the entity and the one or more orchestration rules, parameters for delivering the one or more messages to the set of communication endpoints, and transmitting the one or more messages to communication endpoints in the set of communication endpoints according to the determined parameters.
SENDER AND RECIPIENT DISAMBIGUATION
Systems and methods for sender profile and/or recipient profile disambiguation and/or confirmation are disclosed. In instances where a sender profile is not indicated by a user sending a communication from a communal device, heuristic data may be utilized to infer the sender profile. Similar heuristic data may also be used when selection of the sender profile is associated with a low confidence level. Heuristic data may also be used to infer the recipient profile when the user does not indicate the recipient profile or when selection of the recipient profile is associated with a low confidence. Various confirmations may result from the sender and recipient profile disambiguation.

TELEPHONE SWITCHING DEVICE, TELEPHONE TERMINAL, TELEPHONE SWITCHING SYSTEM, CONTROL METHOD AND CONTROL PROGRAM
A telephone switching device (10) according to the present disclosure includes a storage unit (11) that stores a registration table (11a) registering a plurality of personal telephone numbers for each telephone terminal, an acquisition unit (12) that acquires an authentication result of a user with respect to the telephone terminal, a registration unit (13) that registers the telephone terminal and a personal telephone number of the user in the registration table (11a) in association with each other, according to the acquired authentication result, and a control unit (14) that controls incoming/outgoing calls using the personal telephone number of the user in the telephone terminal, based on the registered registration table (11a).
Media interaction method in DECT network cluster
The present application discloses a media interaction method in a Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications (DECT) network cluster. Communication with a DECT host is established through a DECT network cluster constructed in advance, to obtain first account information allocated by the DECT host, and information of a first call request to call a second account is sent to the DECT host, so as to make a call to the second account in a first communication manner. If no Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) from the second account is received, information of a second call request to call the second account is sent to the DECT host, so as to make a call to the second account in a second communication manner. Embodiments of the present disclosure can solve the technical problem of a communication failure and reduce a waiting time for communication, thereby achieving optimal Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) call experience.
System, Method, and Computer-Readable Medium for Concurrent Termination of Multiple Calls at a Mobile Terminal
A system, method and computer-readable medium for allocating multiple subscriptions to a single mobile terminal thereby allowing concurrent termination of multiple calls at the mobile terminal are provided. A mobile terminal adapted to terminate multiple concurrent calls is described. In one implementation, a network need not have any configuration data regarding the multi-line capabilities of the mobile terminal. In other implementations, network-centric mechanisms are provided for allowing multiple concurrent calls to be terminated by a mobile terminal. Multiple concurrent calls may be terminated at a mobile terminal on separate carrier frequencies or alternatively may be terminated on a common carrier frequency.
Shared Device Voicemail Access Bypassing User-Specific Security Credential
A shared device voicemail box can be accessed from a device that is an unauthenticated device without a user-specific security credential. The device obtains an image via a camera of the device and transmits a request to a server. The request includes a unique code based on the image. The device accesses the voicemail box based on an access grant received from the server. Using the obtained image, a non-registered user of a telephony system can access a secured voicemail box.
Callback Limitations for Shared Voicemail Inbox Items
A voice message (VM) received from a phone number is associated with a shared VM inbox that is accessible to a group of users. The group of users includes a first user and a second user. The VM is assigned to the first user. The first user is determined not to have responded to the VM within a predefined response time. Responsive to the determination that the first user did not respond to the VM within the predefined response time, the VM is reassigned to the second user; a callback action associated with the VM is enabled for the second user; and the callback action is disabled for the first user. A status associated with the VM is updated based on performance of the callback action

Callback limitations for shared voicemail inbox items
A shared VM received from a telephone number is associated with a shared VM inbox that is accessible to a group of users including a first user and a second user. A request to assign a responsibility for the shared VM to the first user is received. Based on the request, a callback action usable to initiate a call to the telephone number is enabled for the first user, and the callback action is disabled for the second user and with respect to the shared VM. Based on an indication that the first user performed the callback action, a status associated with the shared VM is updated.
