Call processing method, electronic device and storage medium
The present disclosure provides a call processing method, apparatus, electronic device and storage medium and relates to the field of cloud computing. The method may comprise: obtaining a calling subscriber's status information in real time while an intelligent dialogue robot is used to make a call with the calling subscriber; when it is determined that a call form of the intelligent dialogue robot needs to be adjusted, correspondingly adjusting the call form of the intelligent dialogue robot according to current status information of the calling subscriber. The solution of the present disclosure may be employed to improve the call performance of the intelligent dialogue robot.
SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR CLAIMING PROMOTIONAL REWARDS USING A REWARD WHEEL
A system and method for delivering promotional rewards to a customer mobile device comprising a promotional reward wheel, a media server, and messaging application operating on the customer's mobile device. A customer interacts with the promotional reward wheel and the system captures that interaction and responsive to the promotional reward that was won by the interaction, generates a message on the customer's mobile device with a means to claim the reward by sending the generated message to the appropriate message endpoint.
Voicemail transcription delivery
A voicemail service node of a carrier network may configure a voicemail profile for a subscriber to provide voicemail transcription delivery. For example, a voicemail service node may receive, from a voicemail client on a user device, a request to activate delivery of voicemail transcription for the user device via the voicemail client. The voicemail service node may determine device configuration information for delivery of voicemail transcription, determine, based on the device configuration information and the activation request, a delivery configuration for delivery of voicemail transcription via the voicemail client using a set of one or more modes of delivery of voicemail transcription, and configure the voicemail profile associated with the user device to cause delivery of voicemail transcription to the user device using the set of one or more modes of delivery of voicemail transcription.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING VOICEMAIL
In one example, a recorded voicemail is first converted from speech to text, and a proposed action to be performed by the user is extracted from the voice message. For example, in the voicemail “this is John, call me at 650.987.0987 at 9 am tomorrow,” the action is to call John. At least one action parameter for undertaking the action is determined. For example, the action parameters may include the 650.987.0987 telephone number and the 9 am time the following morning, The at least one action parameter may be extracted from the voicemail message or it may be determined by other means, e.g., from a user's contact book. Finally, the user is presented with a prompt to facilitate undertaking the action using the at least one the parameter. For example, the user may be given the option to set a reminder to call John the following morning at 9 am.
SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR USING ENHANCED QR CODES IN A CALL TO ACTION
A system and method for using enhanced QR codes in a call to action, that provides enhanced functionality for generating a call to action element or providing personalized content when scanned, and that combine additional data dimensions with existing QR code technologies to expand the QR code capability beyond what is enabled by standard QR code specifications.
Multi-factor message authentication
Systems, methods, and apparatuses are described for authenticating a user device and/or user application. A user device may receive, based on a first authentication request, a plurality of messages sent over a plurality of channels of communication (e.g., a message to a URL address associated with the user device and a binary Short Message Service (SMS) message). Based on information from the messages, the user device may transmit a second authentication request.
METHOD TO ACCESS OR MANAGE AN OPERATOR'S VOICEMAIL SYSTEM FROM A DIGITAL ASSIST OR SMART DEVICE
A method, system and apparatus are disclosed. According to some embodiments, an assistant network node configured to communicate with a proxy network node is provided. The assistant network node includes processing circuitry configured to receive, over an internet, a request message associated with a digital assistant device where the request message inquires about a voicemail function of a voicemail system related to a user of a fixed or cellular network, access the voicemail system based at least in part on the request message where the accessing of the voicemail system is performed without establishing a voice channel in the fixed or cellular network, and return a response message to the digital assistant device over the internet based at least in part on the access of the voicemail system in the fixed or cellular network.
Shared Device Voicemail Access Bypassing User-Specific Security Credential
A shared device voicemail box can be accessed from a device that is an unauthenticated device without a user-specific security credential. The device obtains an image via a camera of the device and transmits a request to a server. The request includes a unique code based on the image. The device accesses the voicemail box based on an access grant received from the server. Using the obtained image, a non-registered user of a telephony system can access a secured voicemail box.
Realtime, interactive and geographically defined computerized personal identification and matching methods
In general, the invention relates to a method of interactive and live computerized matching in which a first user has a personal data device including a wireless communication system. A network is configured to include a server programmed with a personal characteristic database and a database searching algorithm, and a wireless communication system that is capable of communicating with the user's personal data device. The first user is allowed to log on through the wireless communication system to the network using his or her personal data device, and communicates to and stores in the database personal data defining his or her characteristics and those for his or her ideal match. Either the secure network automatically identifies the first users precise geographic location, or the user himself otherwise indicates and stores in the database of the network an identifying address that indicates his current specific geographic location. The user then instructs the database searching algorithm to search for and identify other users on to the network near the same geographic location to facilitate a match.
Presentation of communications
A method to present communications is provided. The method may include obtaining, at a device, a request from a user to play back a stored message that includes audio. In response to obtaining the request, the method may include directing the audio of the message to a transcription system from the device. In these and other embodiments, the transcription system may be configured to generate text that is a transcription of the audio in real-time. The method may further include obtaining, at the device, the text from the transcription system and presenting, by the device, the text generated by the transcription system in real-time. In response to obtaining the text from the transcription system, the method may also include presenting, by the device, the audio such that the text as presented is substantially aligned with the audio.
