In a display method, a viewing screen including a first reduced-size image bundle, which is a bundle of one or more first reduced-size images obtained by reducing in size each page of a document file, and the document file is displayed on a display surface; in response to receiving a pinning operation of pinning a page included in the document file, the selected page of the document file is registered as a pinned page; and a controller causes a second reduced-size image bundle, in which each page of the document file is more reduced in size than in the first reduced-size image bundle, to be displayed as an icon on the display surface.

The controller may obtain whether at least two or more thumbnail images of the plurality of thumbnail images are identical, and control to display the plurality of photo images on the display by executing the slide show in a deterioration prevention mode from among a normal mode and the deterioration prevention mode when the at least two or more thumbnail images of the plurality of thumbnail images are identical.

A document processing device, a method of processing an image thereof, and a computer program product are disclosed. A set of display area information is preset on the document processing device. When the document processing device receives an input image, a set of reference information corresponding to the input image is obtained. The document processing device adjusts the input image according to the set of display area information and the set of reference information to generate an improved preview image. Because the user does not need to consider the direction in which the document is put into the document processing device, the document processing device directly and automatically generates the preview image that is convenient for the user to view based on the input image, thereby achieving the purpose of improving work efficiency, the convenience in use, and the user experience.

Techniques for signer-initiated electronic document signing via an electronic signature service using a mobile or other client device are described. Example embodiments provide an electronic signature service (“ESS”) configured to facilitate the creation, storage, and management of documents and corresponding electronic signatures. In some embodiments, when a signer user receives a hard copy (e.g., paper) signature document, the signer may capture an image of the signature document with a camera of a mobile device. The signer can then import the captured image into the ESS for signature, storage, and/or transmission to other parties.

A family electronic album is created. Representative face images of a family are displayed. The representative face images are dragged and dropped onto corresponding areas among areas that identify family attributes (“father”, “mother”, etc.). Since the family attributes of the representative face images can be ascertained, the family attributes of face images that resemble these face images can be determined. Disclosed is an image display method of displaying a first image and a second image in a display area, the second image being adjacent to the first image. The image display method includes: performing display with switching between a first display mode and a second display mode. The first display mode is a mode in which the first image displayed as a three-dimensional image and the second image displayed as a three-dimensional image are displayed. The second display mode is a mode in which the first image displayed as a two-dimensional image and the second image displayed as a two-dimensional image are displayed.

There is provided a non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by a processor of an information processing apparatus including a displaying device, cause the processor to execute processes of receiving a designation of the group of images to be displayed on the displaying device, judging whether arrangement information representing an arranging direction of a group of images when displayed on the displaying device is associated with the designated group of images, displaying the designated group of images on the displaying device such that: (1) when the designated group of images is associated with the arrangement information, the designated group of images are displayed with the arranging direction represented by the arrangement information, and (2) when the designated group of images is not associated with the arrangement information, the designated group of images are displayed with a predetermined default arranging direction.

A display control apparatus includes, a reception unit that receives an operation on a display object displayed in a display area, a changing unit that changes the display area to a second size smaller than a first size, and a control unit that controls to, in a case where the operation is not received while the display area is displayed in the first size, when the display area is changed from the first size to the second size, display a first range of the display object, and in a case where the operation is received while the display area is displayed in the first size, when the display area is changed from the first size to the second size, move the display object to display a second range.
