The reception unit receives an edit to a destination stored in advance. In a case in which the reception unit receives an edit to a destination set as a forwarding destination of the forwarding by the forwarding unit, the control unit executes control to defer of the forwarding of the information by the forwarding unit to the destination after the edit until a predetermined condition is satisfied.

In an image processing system, when a user logs in to an image processing apparatus to use a scanning service, the image processing apparatus transmits login information to a relay server, and the relay server transmits scan setup data and destination address data to the image processing apparatus. The present invention relates to a document processing system using augmented reality and virtual reality, and a processing method therefor. The document processing system of the present invention shares contents of an object so that one user can write the contents of the object at the location of the object displayed in an augmented reality or virtual reality image to write and store various types of virtual documents and allow other users to view the virtual documents in the augmented reality or virtual image. The document processing system writes and shares the virtual documents by using a mobile terminal capable of expressing augmented reality or virtual reality. The document processing system shares the virtual documents between mobile terminals in a P2P method or a method of using a server. According to the present invention, a new document sharing platform can be implemented to provide a differentiated service to a user by displaying a virtual document written by using augmented reality or virtual reality to be shared in real time.

A management apparatus includes circuitry that stores, in a memory, facsimile data received by an electronic device in association with information on a group to which the received facsimile data belongs, and transmits a list of the received facsimile data based on a browse request of the received facsimile data. A method for delivering a fax to a fax recipient includes receiving a multipage fax transmitted at a fax server. As each page of a multipage fax is received, a page event notification is generated. Each page of the multipage fax file is converted into a corresponding page file. A page complete notification is generated upon completion of conversion of each page of the multipage fax file into the page file. Access is enabled to the page file of the multipage fax file responsive to receipt of the page complete notification associated with the page file. Access to the page file is enabled while subsequent pages of the multipage fax are being received and converted to the associated fax file.

A method for controlling a communication apparatus includes receiving a transmission destination, acquiring identification information of a user who inputs a transmission destination of image data, requesting identification information of a checker for the transmission destination, acquiring the requested checker identification information, and storing the acquired user identification information and the acquired checker identification information as transmission history information of the image data.
