Microwave heating device and microwave guiding tube thereof
The present invention is a microwave heating device and has a microwave guide tube, two microwave transmitting modules, and a transmission module. The microwave guide tube forms a wave travelling path and has at least one conveying opening pair and at least one waveguide plate pair. The at least one conveying opening pair has two conveying openings respectively disposed on two opposite walls of the microwave guide tube along a conveying direction. The at least one waveguide plate pair is disposed in the microwave guide tube and has two waveguide plates parallel with the wave travelling path. The two microwave transmitting modules are disposed on two opposite ends of the microwave guide tube. The transmission module extends through the at least one conveying opening pair along the conveying direction.
Single-mode microwave applicator, device and method for thermal treatment of products
An applicator for thermal treatment of a product in which the product is exposed to electromagnetic microwave radiation in an exposure waveguide, in which the microwaves are coupled and propagate according to a single-mode propagation mode. The applicator includes a system for transporting the product in a continuous flow following the longitudinal direction of the cavity of the exposure waveguide between the inlet opening and the outlet opening. A product treatment device includes at least one applicator and at least one continuous wave generator CW. The product, heated by continuous microwave radiation CW in device, is subjected to a thermal treatment method in line with a temperature curve as a function of time, resulting in particular from a speed of movement of the product in the exposure waveguide and from a power of the microwave radiation coupled into the exposure waveguide at each coupling point.

A microwave processing apparatus 1 includes a cavity that has a cylinder-like shape, and includes an internal space for accommodating an object, the cavity being provided with a microwave passage area in a partial region in an axial direction; a microwave generator; a rotary member that is provided on an outer circumferential side of the cavity so as to be rotatable, and includes, on an outer circumferential side of the microwave passage area, a cylinder-like member having a plurality of areas through which microwaves can pass; and a cover member that is provided while covering the entire cylinder-like member in a circumferential direction, and forms, on an outer circumferential side of the cylinder-like member, a wave guidepath for the microwaves introduced from the microwave generator.

A system for processing food additive material is disclosed that includes at least one microwave generator, at least one microwave guide operatively connecting the at least one microwave generator to at least a first conveyor unit. The first conveyor unit is provided in a first housing that includes at least one opening configured to receive microwave energy via a first microwave guide and the first conveyor unit is configured to receive and process a quantity of food additive material, which includes heating the food additive material to a first temperature by applying microwave energy to the food additive material within the first housing.

A microwave whisk assembly for mixing food while in the microwave includes a whisk body having a top end and a bottom end. The bottom end has a receiving cavity extending towards the top end. A suction cup is coupled to the top end and is configured to selectively engage a roof of a microwave. Each of a plurality of whisk attachments includes an engagement shaft and a mixer extension. The engagement shaft has an upper end and a lower end. The engagement shall conforms to, and is selectively engageable with, the receiving cavity of the whisk body. The mixer extension is coupled to the lower end of the engagement shaft and is configured to mix the contents of a bowl rotating within the microwave.

SYSTEM & METHOD FOR THE RAPID AGING OF A DISTILLED ETHYL ALCOHOL WITH RF ENERGY AND WOOD MATERIAL SUPPORTING PLATFORM
Provided is a system and method for rapid aging of distilled ethyl alcohol. The system includes a vessel with at least one aperture for introducing RF energy at a preselected frequency to be absorbed by opaque material in a target area; at least one liquid circulating system; and a platform to substantially contain a plurality of units of wood as the opaque material. Each unit of wood has a plurality of capillaries containing at least wood sugar and resin. The system has a wood agitation system to move the wood through the target area. An RF generator provides constant RF energy at the predetermined frequency to induce oscillation of molecules within the wood. The system has an oxygenator to provide oxygen into the liquid mixture and outgas congeners from the liquid, the vessel further providing at least one vent structured and arranged to vent the outgassed congeners.
