Substrate unit and substrate assembly, and camera module using same
The present invention relates to a substrate unit and a substrate assembly, and a camera module using the same. The present invention may comprise: a first substrate part having rigidity; a second substrate part stacked on one surface of the first substrate part and having flexibility; a third substrate part extending outwardly from the second substrate part and having flexibility; and a reinforcing part which is disposed at a portion where the edge portions of the first substrate part and the third substrate part meet, the reinforcing part having a recessed portion which is formed by recessing the first substrate part inwardly so as to inhibit interference between the first substrate part and the third substrate part. The present invention is capable of resolving the interference between a rigid PCB and a flexible PCB and the tearing thereof by providing a reinforcing part in a connection portion of the rigid PCB and the flexible PCB.
FLEXIBLE BOARD AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR METAL WIRING BONDING STRUCTURE
A connection FPC 75 includes a plurality of metal wires 750 between a support layer 751 and a covering layer 752, and an exposed region including contacts 753 serving as end portions of the metal wires 750 is exposed from the covering layer 752. A bending-position guide 760 is provided on the surface of the support layer 751 opposite from the surface on which the metal wires 750 are provided. An edge 760a of the bending-position guide 760 serves as a bending line along which the connection FPC 75 is bent and is disposed in a covering-layer projection area E where the covering layer 752 is projected on the support layer 751. The connection FPC 75 is bent at portions of the metal wires 750 covered with the covering layer 752, that is, at reinforced portions.

A rollable display device includes: a rollable display including a first end and a second end spaced apart from the first end; a first slider including a roller that supports the first end of the rollable display, the first slider being configured to roll the rollable display about the roller; and a second slider including a support that supports the second end of the rollable display while bending the second end of the rollable display, the second slider being slideable relative to the first slider.

A flexible circuit film including a first flexible film, a second flexible film facing the first flexible film, and a plurality of wirings arranged between the first flexible film and the second flexible film. The wirings have different widths and bend in different directions, and a guide film including a material more rigid than the first and second flexible films is arranged on ends of the first flexible film. The guide film includes a tear-preventing portion overlapping with a bending portion of a shortest one of the wirings while covering portions of an inner edge near inner corners of a U-shaped flexible circuit film.

According to an embodiment, an electronic device is provided. the electronic device may comprise: a housing including a conductive portion and a non-conductive portion; a first substrate; at least one electronic component disposed on the first substrate; a second substrate electrically coupled to the first substrate, the second substrate including a first surface facing a first direction and a second surface facing a second direction opposite to the first direction; at least one contact member disposed between the first surface of the second substrate and the conductive portion of the housing; and a support member disposed between the first surface of the second substrate and the non-conductive portion of the housing.
Rigid-flexible printed circuit board and electronic device including same
The disclosure relates to a rigid-flexible printed circuit board and an electronic device including same. The electronic device may include: a housing; a first module disposed in one region of the housing; a second module disposed in an other region of the housing and spaced apart from the first module; and a rigid-flexible printed circuit board electrically connecting the first module and the second module, wherein the rigid-flexible printed circuit board includes: a rigid region; a flexible region coupled to the rigid region, wherein a part of the flexible region overlaps the rigid region; and a protective layer laminated on at least one of an upper end or a lower end of the flexible region to cover at least a part of a coupling portion of the rigid region and the flexible region by a designated numerical value, the coupling portion having a tensile strength equal to or greater than a designated strength based on the flexible region being bent. Various other embodiments are possible.
FORMED FILM AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
It is an object to provide a formed film and a method for manufacturing a formed film. According to an embodiment, a method for manufacturing a formed film comprises providing a formable film having a conductive pattern on a first side of the formable film. The method may further comprise printing a deformation-preventing element onto the formable film and forming at least one section of the formable film at a forming temperature. A modulus of elasticity of the deformation-preventing element at the forming temperature may be greater than a modulus of elasticity of the formable film at the forming temperature. A method, a formed film, and an electronic device are provided.
Display device and manufacturing method thereof
A novel foldable display device or an electronic device using the same, e.g., a portable information processor or a portable communication information device, is provided. A foldable display device of which a display panel can be folded n times (n≥1, and n is a natural number) at a curvature radius of greater than or equal to 1 mm and less than or equal to 100 mm is obtained. The display device can be miniaturized by being foldable. In addition, in the state where the flexible display panel is opened, display which is unbroken and continuous over a plurality of housings is possible. The plurality of housings can store a circuit, an electronic component, a battery and the like inside as appropriate, and the thickness of each housing can be small.
Foldable electronic device including flexible printed circuit board
According to an embodiment, it is possible to provide an electronic device including: a housing; a first printed circuit board disposed in the housing; a second printed circuit board disposed in the housing and spaced apart from the first printed circuit board; a first flexible printed circuit board electrically connecting the first printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board; and a second flexible printed circuit board electrically connecting the first printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board, in which the second flexible printed circuit board may be longer than the first flexible printed circuit board. Other embodiments are also disclosed.

The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a chip on flex (COF), a touch assembly, and a display device. The chip on flex includes a flexible base provided with a first opening, the flexible base includes a bonding area provided with a plurality of metal bonding pads; on the flexible base, a spacing area with a preset range is provided between the first opening and the bonding area; wherein, the flexible base is provided with a reinforcement sheet thereon, the reinforcement sheet is located on a portion of the flexible base other than the first opening, the spacing area and the bonding area.
