The second-class conductor pattern and the first interlayer connection conductor include a conductor of a single material including a resin, or a conductor of a single material including a metal with a melting point lower than that of the conductor foil.
Multilayer ceramic electronic component and electrically conductive paste for resin electrode
A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a ceramic base body including ceramic layers and internal electrode layers, which are stacked on each other, and a pair of external electrodes provided on the end surfaces of the ceramic base body and electrically connected to the internal electrode layers. Each of the external electrodes includes an underlying electrode layer and a resin external electrode layer stacked on the underlying electrode layer. The resin external electrode layer includes a thermosetting resin, a metal powder, and an alkyl-based silane coupling agent.
CIRCUIT BOARD AND METHODS FOR FABRICATING A CIRCUIT BOARD
A method for fabricating a circuit board comprises preparing an elastomeric substrate having a roughened surface. The elastomeric substrate is stretched before an electrically conductive material is electrolessly deposited onto the roughened surface. A suitable amount of electrically conductive material is deposited onto the elastomeric substrate before the elastomeric substrate is released from its stretch.

The invention described herein provides a dry graphene powder composition comprising pristine graphene flakes, wherein the pristine graphene flakes are non-covalently functionalised with polymeric amphiphilic molecules and wherein the dry graphene powder composition is capable of forming a stable homogeneous dispersion in aqueous or alcoholic media, in the absence of free dispersants or stabilizers, as well as methods for producing same, and the use thereof in graphene inks, for 2D and 3D printing, for production of flexible circuits, electrodes, electrocatalysts, for fabrication of nanocomposites and for wet-spinning of pristine graphene fibers.
A CONDUCTIVE ELASTOMER, PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF
A preparation method of a conductive elastomer includes the following steps: (1) according to the mass percent of 20˜75%, dissolving the metallic salts into deionized water to form an electrolyte solution, wherein said metallic salts is either of magnesium nitrate, sodium nitrate, zinc nitrate, cesium nitrate, calcium nitrate, neodymium nitrate, aluminum nitrate, potassium nitrate, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, sodium chloride, zinc chloride, cesium chloride, aluminum chloride or their combinations; (2) according to the mass percent of 10˜40%, mixing starches into the electrolyte solution prepared in step (1), then at the temperature of 33˜120 ° C., stirring to gelatinize the starches, forming a viscous liquid; (3) standing the viscous liquid obtained in step (2) at 25˜90° C. for 10 min to 48 h to obtain the conductive elastomer.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING CONDUCTIVE MATERIAL, CONDUCTIVE MATERIAL OBTAINED BY THE METHOD, ELECTRONIC DEVICE CONTAINING THE CONDUCTIVE MATERIAL, LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a conductive material that allows a low electric resistance to be generated, and that is obtained by using an inexpensive and stable conductive material composition containing no adhesive. The conductive material can be provided by a producing method that includes the step of sintering a first conductive material composition that contains silver particles having an average particle diameter (median diameter) of 0.1 μm to 15 μm, and a metal oxide, so as to obtain a conductive material. The conductive material can be provided also by a method that includes the step of sintering a second conductive material composition that contains silver particles having an average particle diameter (median diameter) of 0.1 μm to 15 μm in an atmosphere of oxygen or ozone, or ambient atmosphere, at a temperature in a range of 150° C. to 320° C., so as to obtain a conductive material.
