PCB optical isolation by nonuniform catch pad stack
A Printed Circuit Board (PCB) includes a via extending through at least one layer of the PCB. The PCB may also include a first catch pad connected to the via and located within a first metal layer of the PCB. The first catch pad may have a first size. The PCB may further include a second catch pad connected to the via and located within a second metal layer of the PCB. The second catch pad may have a second size greater than the first size. The second catch pad may overlap horizontally with a portion of a metallic feature in the first metal layer to obstruct light incident on a first side of the PCB from transmission to a second side of the PCB through a region of dielectric material near the via.
PRINTED BOARD
A printed board includes a main printed board, and a flexible printed board fixed to the main printed board. The flexible printed board includes a box part formed in a box shape whose main printed board side is opened and a fixed part extended to an outer side and fixed to the main printed board. The flexible printed board is formed with a plurality of tamper detection patterns for detecting at least one of disconnection of the tamper detection pattern itself and a short circuit with other tamper detection pattern. An internal land of the tamper detection pattern is connected with the main printed board and is disposed on an inner side of the box part, an external land of the tamper detection pattern is formed in the fixed part and is fixed to and connected with the main printed board, and the external lands are insulated from each other.
Circuit board
A circuit board is disclosed, including a circuit board body and at least one via apparatus provided on the circuit board body. The via apparatus includes a via (101) formed on the circuit board body, a via pad (201) surrounding the via and separately provided from the via, and an electrical conductor (301) electrically connecting the via pad (201) with the via (101).
WIRING BOARD
A wiring board includes: first and second insulating layers; a first wiring conductor layer located between the first and second insulating layers and including a first via land; a second wiring conductor layer located on the second insulating layer and including a second via land; a via hole penetrating from the upper to lower surfaces of the second insulating layer; and a via conductor located in the via hole and electrically connecting the first second via lands. The via conductor is located on the inner surface of the via hole and on the first via land via a first base layer containing nichrome and a second base layer located on the upper surface of the first base layer and containing the same metal as the via conductor. An alloy layer containing tin and nichrome is located between the first via land and the first base layer.
Electric device with high screen ratio
An electric device is provided. The electric device includes a first housing, a second housing, a touch panel, a flexible printed circuit board, a control chip, and a main circuit board. The touch panel is disposed in the first housing. The flexible printed circuit board includes a substrate, a plurality of first connecting lines, a plurality of second connecting lines and a plurality of third connecting lines. The substrate has a first surface and a second surface. The first connecting lines are connected to a first peripheral line on the first surface. The second connecting lines are connected to a second peripheral line on the first surface. The third connecting lines are connected to a third peripheral line on the second surface, and are arranged from the second surface to the first surface through a plurality of first through holes.
HIGH FREQUENCY FILTER
A high frequency filter includes: a multilayer substrate including a first substrate for which lands are provided, a second substrate for which lands are provided, and a third substrate for which lands are provided, the third substrate being sandwiched between the first substrate and the second substrate; a columnar conductor electrically connected to the lands in the multilayer substrate; and columnar conductors provided to surround the columnar conductor, electrically connected to a ground plane of the first substrate, and electrically connected to a ground plane of the second substrate. The spacing between the lands of the first substrate and the lands of the third substrate and the spacing between the lands of the second substrate and the lands of the third substrate are electrical lengths of 90 degrees or less at the cutoff frequency.
ELECTRONIC ELEMENT MOUNTING SUBSTRATE, ELECTRONIC DEVICE, AND ELECTRONIC MODULE
An electronic element mounting substrate includes a substrate including a first layer, a second layer located on a lower surface of the first layer, and a third layer located on a lower surface of the second layer, and on which an electronic element is to be mounted. The substrate has a via conductor that passes through the first layer to the third layer in a vertical direction. The substrate includes respective electrical conductor layers located between the respective layers and connected to the via conductor in a plan perspective. Each electrical conductor layer includes a land portion surrounding the via conductor, a clearance portion surrounding the land portion, and a peripheral portion surrounding the clearance portion and electrically insulated from the land portion with the clearance portion interposed between the land portion and the peripheral portion. The first land portion has, in a plan perspective, a first portion overlapping the second land portion, and the first clearance portion has, in a plan perspective, a second portion not overlapping the second clearance portion. The first peripheral portion and the second peripheral portion each have, in a vertical cross-sectional view, an end portion that becomes thinner as a distance from the via conductor increases.
WIRING SUBSTRATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WIRING SUBSTRATE
A wiring substrate includes a first conductor layer, an insulating layer formed on the first conductor layer, a second conductor layer formed on the insulating layer, a connection conductor penetrating through the insulating layer and connecting the first and second conductor layers, and a coating film formed on a surface of the first conductor layer and adhering the first conductor layer and the insulating layer. The first conductor layer includes a conductor pad in contact with the connection conductor such that the conductor pad has a surface having a first region and a second region on second conductor layer side and that surface roughness of the first region is different from surface roughness of the second region, and the conductor pad of the first conductor layer is formed such that the first region is covered by the coating film and that the second region is covered by the connection conductor.

A camera module includes an image sensor IC including terminal electrodes, and a circuit board on which the image sensor IC is mounted. The circuit board includes mount electrodes to which the terminal electrodes are ultrasonically welded, a flat film member provided with the mount electrodes, and a base member to which the flat film member is bonded. An elastic modulus of the flat film member is higher than that of the base member.
Method and apparatus for printed circuit board with stiffener
A method and apparatus for inputting a plurality of different circuit schematics designed with printed circuit board (PCB) mountable components; extracting circuit topologies for said plurality of different circuit schematics; transforming said extracted circuit topologies to a fixed number of connection points; and generating a configurable circuit PCB physical layout pattern having said fixed number of connection points such that said PCB mountable components when positioned on one or more of said fixed number of connection points can implement any circuit represented by said plurality of different circuit schematics.
