An embodiment provides a light emitting device including: a first electrode; a second electrode overlapping the first electrode in a plan view; and a light emitting part disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The second electrode includes a first layer disposed on the light emitting part and including a first organic material, and a metal thin film layer disposed on the first layer and including a first metal. QUANTUM-DOT LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE COMPRISING SOLUTION PROCESSED CHARGE GENERATION JUNCTION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed are a structure of a quantum-dot light emitting device including a charge generation junction layer and a method of fabricating the quantum-dot light emitting device. A quantum-dot light emitting device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a negative electrode, a first charge generation junction layer including a p-type semiconductor layer and an n-type semiconductor layer, a quantum-dot light emitting layer, a hole transport layer, a second charge generation junction layer including a p-type semiconductor layer and an n-type semiconductor layer, and a positive electrode. The first and second charge generation junction layers is formed using a solution process. Accordingly, charge generation and injection can be stabilized, a process time can be shorted, and problems in the work function a positive or a negative electrode of a quantum-dot light emitting device can be addressed.

The present invention provides an organic electroluminescent panel capable of increasing the luminous efficacy and decreasing the driving voltage of a top emission (TE) organic EL element. The organic electroluminescent panel of the present invention includes: a substrate; and an organic electroluminescent element provided on the substrate. The organic electroluminescent element is a top emission element that includes, in the order from the substrate side: an anode; a light-emitting layer; an electron transport layer; a first metal layer; a p-type oxide layer; and a transparent cathode. The top emission element is configured to emit light from the transparent cathode side. The light-emitting layer and the electron transport layer are each formed from an organic material. At least one of a mixture layer of a p-type oxide and a hole transport material and a second metal layer is provided between the electron transport layer and the transparent cathode.
