Ball valve for fermentation tank and fermentation tank including the same
A ball valve for fermentation tank includes a main body, a ball body, and a rotation mechanism. The main body encloses a chamber therein and has a first inlet, a first outlet, and a discharge port therebetween. The ball body has a flow channel with a second inlet, a second outlet, and a liquid intake port. A gap is formed between the ball body and the main body. The rotation mechanism is connected to the ball body to make it rotate. When the ball body is at an open position, the second inlet communicates the first inlet, the second outlet communicates the first outlet, and the liquid intake port communicates the gap. When the ball body is at a washing position, the second inlet and the second outlet face the gap, the liquid intake port communicates the first inlet.

Sanitary diverter valve, drying system including an improved valve assembly comprising such a valve, and method of cleaning the system
The sanitary diverter valve (70) is for use in a drying system or powder conveying system including conveying lines and a purge line of a purge arrangement. The sanitary diverter valve comprises a valve housing (71) with a number of openings (72, 73, 74) configured to be connected to respective lines of the system. The valve housing (71) is substantially cylindrical and includes a first opening (72), a second opening (73) and a third opening (74). Furthermore, the diverter valve (70) comprises a rotatable diversion member (75) provided with a flow channel (76) having a first end (76a) and a second end (76b), an open space (77) being defined between the valve housing (71) and the rotatable diversion member (75). The rotatable diversion member (75) is configured to be rotated between a first position and a second position to allow that fluid communication is selectively provided between the first opening (72) and the third opening (74) and between the first opening (72) and the second opening (73) of the valve housing (71).

Tool for unseizing and lubricating well valves, and method of unseizing said valves
A tool for unseizing and/or lubricating a valve having a protruding valve stem on an exterior periphery. The tool possesses a hollow tubular member, having at one end thereof an open, hollow, cylindrical flexible member adapted to be placed over and contain therewithin a portion of the valve stem. A circumferential tightening member, encircling one end of the flexible member, is provided, to permit the flexible member to sealingly engage the valve stem about the outer periphery thereof when the flexible member is placed over the valve stem. The tool further possesses a fluid inlet port, situated along a length of the tubular member, in fluid communication with an interior of the tubular member, and a pressurized fluid inlet port likewise in fluid communication with the interior of the tool.
Method of preventing clogging in a microvalve
A method of cleaning contaminants, including particulate contaminants, from a valve in a fluid system includes moving a valve flow control element of the valve from a first position to a second position in response to a change in a condition in the fluid system other than a change in superheat.
