STABLE POLYCARBONATE COMPOSITION
A composition includes a polycarbonate resin, a heat stabilizer, and an acid stabilizer. An article formed from the composition, when tested using a 2.5 mm color plaque, includes a level of free —OH groups that is less than a level of free —OH groups of a reference article injection molded from a substantially similar reference composition consisting essentially of the polycarbonate resin without the heat stabilizer and the acid stabilizer. Methods for forming the molded article in accordance with the above are also described.
ADDITIVES TO STABILIZE POLYACRYLAMIDE CO-POLYMER SOLUTIONS UNDER HIGH SHEAR CONDITIONS
Described herein are compositions and methods for stabilizing the ability of hydrated polyacrylamide co-polymers to modify the physical properties of water solutions under high shear conditions. The compositions generally include a water solution including at least one hydrated polyacrylamide co-polymer; and at least one additive selected from the group consisting of i) a component having the formula of Formula 1, where Formula 1 is R.sub.1—O-EO.sub.a-PO.sub.b-EO.sub.c—PO.sub.d—R.sub.2, where R.sub.1 is hydrogen or any C.sub.1 to C.sub.18 carbon or carbon chain; O is oxygen, EO.sub.a is —(CH.sub.2CH.sub.2—O).sub.a where a can be from 0-500; PO.sub.b is —(CH(CH.sub.3)CH.sub.2—O).sub.b where b can be from 0-70; EO.sub.c is —(CH.sub.2CH.sub.2—O).sub.c where c can be from 0-150; PO.sub.d is —CH(CH.sub.3)CH.sub.2—O).sub.d where d is from 0-30; and R.sub.2 is hydrogen or any C.sub.1 to C.sub.18 carbon or carbon chain; ii) a tetra functional block copolymer; iii) a polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) homopolymer; and iv) any combination thereof.

A mixed liquid agent of the present invention comprises a polyol compound, a catalyst, a flame retardant, and an organic solvent. The flame retardant includes a solid flame retardant. The organic solvent has a vapor pressure at 20° C. of 0.1 MPaG or more. A viscosity at 1 rpm and 25° C. after the organic solvent has been volatilized is 4,000 mPa.Math.s or more and less than 250,000 mPa.Math.s.

Thermoplastic Resin Composition and Molded Product Formed Therefrom
A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: approximately 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; approximately 0.1-5 parts by weight of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based copolymer resin; approximately 0.1-7 parts by weight of zinc oxide; approximately 0.01-2 parts by weight of a C10-20 alkyl phosphate; approximately 0.01-2 parts by weight of a maleic anhydride-graft polymerized rubber polymer; and approximately 0.01-2 parts by weight of a phosphite-based antioxidant, wherein the zinc oxide has an average particle size of approximately 0.5-3 μm, a specific surface area BET of approximately 1-10 m.sup.2/g, a 2θ value as the peak position, of 35-37°, in X-ray diffraction analysis, and a crystallite size, represented by relation 1, of approximately 1,000-2,000 Å. The thermoplastic resin composition has excellent antibacterial properties, weather resistance, impact resistance, heat resistance and the like.

A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: approximately 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; approximately 0.1-5 parts by weight of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based copolymer resin; approximately 0.1-7 parts by weight of zinc oxide; approximately 0.01-2 parts by weight of a C10-20 alkyl phosphate; approximately 0.01-2 parts by weight of a maleic anhydride-graft polymerized rubber polymer; and approximately 0.01-2 parts by weight of a phosphite-based antioxidant, wherein the zinc oxide has an average particle size of approximately 0.5-3 μm, a specific surface area BET of approximately 1-10 m.sup.2/g, a 2θ value as the peak position, of 35-37°, in X-ray diffraction analysis, and a crystallite size, represented by relation 1, of approximately 1,000-2,000 Å. The thermoplastic resin composition has excellent antibacterial properties, weather resistance, impact resistance, heat resistance and the like.

Provided is an electromagnetic wave suppression sheet that contains from 400 to 600 parts by weight of a metal magnetic powder having an oxidized coating film formed on a surface thereof, from 1 to 15 parts by weight of a chelating agent, and from 1 to 10 parts by weight of an anti-aging agent, per 100 parts by weight of chlorinated polyethylene.

A curable silicone gel composition including: (A) 100 parts by mass of a branched-chain organosiloxane that has a specific structure; (B) 0.1-50 parts by mass of a diorganopolysiloxane in which both molecular chain terminals are blocked with a diorganohydrogensiloxy group; (C) a platinum-based catalyst; (D) a phosphorous acid triester compound in an amount that is 3-15 molecules per one platinum atom in the (C) component, said phosphorous acid triester compound having a structure in which a chain alkyl group is bonded to an oxygen atom of phosphorous acid; (E) an organic peroxide for which the 10-hour half-life temperature is 120° C. or greater, in an amount that is 5-50 times the amount of the (D) component; and (F) an oxidation inhibitor.
This curable silicone gel composition demonstrates superior high-temperature storability and deep section curability.
